Son is going to Buf State in fall, found staff friendly and the location convenient to college and downtown. Good people friendly business.

Recently stayed at this hotel after attending a Buffalo Sabres game. Great location, staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. No wait for elevators, even with a large group checking in at the same time as we were. Reservations were correct and our room was ready even before check in time. We are returning to attend another game in January and will be making future reservations at this hotel.

The hotel was clean and maintained very well. We weren't even aware of the construction on site. Staff very nice and helpful. We normally stay at Embassy Suites and are always happy. However, Buffalo didn't have an Embassy Suites at this time. We would stay there again even if there was an Embassy Suites.

Very comfortable, nice, homelike feel to the room. I really liked staying at this hotel. The location was great for my needs and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have to say overall it was the best hotel I ever stayed at as far as cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness.

when I contacted them they assured me that they provided shuttle service to and from the airport. When I asked for the shuttle the day of my departure they told me it was unavailable. It was going to be in the shop. I had to argue with the front desk to provide me a taxi which they eventually agreed to pay for.

This hotel is right on the Chippewa strip so it is easy to go out at night. The breakfast was just alright..they had the usual muffin, cereal and old eggs. The rooms were nice and they have a beautiful indoor pool!

Had a Jacuzzi room - with a large tub and king bed. Room was large, bright and clean and extremely comfortable.

This hotel is great. It's clean, good parking, friendly staff, and a good breakfast buffet. I stayed with husband and 1 year old son. The provided mobile crib with no problem. I have also stayed here for business with no problems.

The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay, especially on New Years Eve. Only problem we had was with parking. The parking lot was full so we had to find an open lot somewhere else and pay for parking and get reimbursed once we left.

Big room, big bathroom, lots of amenities. Had to use room key to be able to get to room floor - let me to believe that they had a security problem. I was surprised at the overall amenities and comfort of this particular Hampton Inn. I have stayed at Hampton inns in the past when nothing else was available and this was also my reason for reserving a room at this one. I was nicely surprised and a bit shocked at how nice this hotel was and would stay there again.

I stayed there for four days. They did not take clean the bathroom properly. Did forget to provide soap and shampoo. The staff was rude and told us that she cleaned. They do not have any shuttle service to the attraction. You will need to have a car. The hotel staffs are new to the town. They can not guide the visitor for directions or any attraction. Continental breakfast,but no helathy choice. No toaster. Had donuts and muffin. High sugar cereal and milk. I would not go there againnnnnnnnn.

Very clean and very helpful staff. I cant say as there was any thing I did not like. It seemed very nice for families or business people. A couple, would have nice space to enjoy without a problem of just families. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

Great place to stay in downtown Buffalo. Papayas Restaurant and The Chocolate Bar add to the experience. Food and Wine were excellent at both. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.Staff was friendly and helpful.
