The outside of the hotel is very nice. The public rooms are very nice as well, but the room should look better considering how nice the outside of the hotel look. The rooms are clean, but just should look better for the money. They should have spent less on the outside and public areas and spent more on the rooms.

This hotel felt really new. The beds were amazing....so comfortable with fresh comfortors rather than the old type bed spread. Everything felt very clean. The breakfast bar was typical and well stocked. The personel were friendly and helpful when needed. We tried to stay here on another trip but it was booked up. This will be our first choice when we return to the area.

The hotel was nice and had the usual things you expect from Hampton. The front desk needs to be more helpful in assisting with directions to the property. Our GPS failed us for the first time and we ended up in the wrong area. When I called the hotel the gentleman I talked to could not give me directions to their property. It took me an hour to find them. Other than that one problem the stay at the hotel was great.

The property was completely overtaken by families with small children and teenagers evidently for a local sporting event. The parents could not control their children and the hotel could not control the parents. Partying in the halls, doors slamming, yelling and carrying on until the police were finally called. Who needs teh stress? The community dining area was a mob scene morning, afternoon and night. Families watching TV as though they were in thier own living rooms - improperly dressed and very poorly behaved. It was a disgrace. When a hotel knows what is about to happen, they should decline reservations from innocent bystanders.
