This was a very clean, comfortable place to stay with a great location. Great shopping, restaurants, & conveniences nearby, but didn't feel like being in a busy comercialized area. The prize thru Orbitz was very reasonable for this top notch hotel

Clean! Good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. We were very pleased with the Hampton Inn/Duluth. Clean, helpful/friendly staff, nicely decorated room and lobby, good breakfast buffet, also offered a Thursday evening light meal that was very good. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I recently decided to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Gwinnett and I am glad I did. Being a work day, I figured the hotel would be busy, as suspected when I arrived there was only a few rooms left and the hotel was quite full. Though the front desk associates were busy, they made me feel like I was just as important. Every need was met and taken care of in a timely fashion. All of the hotels employees were more than willing to assist me and the service was very appreciated. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a nice, comfortable and decently priced place to stay.

Kitchen was full size appliances and the doors to close off areas. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, very clean and comfortable.

I can't express how much I enjoyed this hotel, it was beautiful! I stayed in a suite which accomadated myself, a friend, and three children perfectly. The staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect for shopping!

We had a hockey tournament about 15 mins. away from the hotel. Picked this location because it was a team vote. We lost in the semi's and checked out a day early, didn't get a refund on the night not used( booked with Orbitz). We had a air cond. problem,found out they new before we checked in and didn't inform us prior. We complained the next day and they tried to accom. but didn't have anymore suites avail., We were given the ajoining room with working air, and opened the door to let the air go between the rooms. It was fixed the next day. Overall we enjoyed the Lobby and the pool area, while we were able to enjoy it. Liked the fresh baked cookies at the front desk (in the evenings). Didn't get to enjoy the reception evenings, we checked in after it was over wed. night, and early afternoon on Sun. Staff was very helpful to us, answered any questions or concerns we may have had.

The location of the hotel and the receptionist was very very good at her job. The hotel was very clean with plenty of soft towel which is one of my pet peeves.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was making a sales call and had samples sent to the hotel. They arrived 3 days early but the hotel staff said it was not a problem. When I arrived, they put the samples on a cart for me and I was ready to go. Will definately stay again.

Front desk staff was awesome. Evening social and breakfast great. Parking areas were dark. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Convenient to i85, easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Accommodating. We had smoking rooms. The hotel was perfectly fine. The breakfast arrangements were good. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The night manager was very helpful when I needed assistance. This hotel sits right off of the Pleasant Hill I-85 exit in Duluth. It's close to major shopping centers/commercial districts and easy commute into Atlanta. Very clean and helpful staff. Many business travelers/families with children stay in this hotel.

The wall had a deep cut in it. The room wasn't really decorated. I was expecting more from this hotel. I was disappointed with the quality of the room.

Free breakfast. Hotel full of foreigners. Hotel was fine pretty much what I expected. The problem was that they had me in a smoking room. I was lucky this time they had one room left to switch me to.

Great room. Excellent room, easy on and off the highway but in a quiet location. Great continental breakfast, have found few better. Staff was helpful, security was good. Mattresses were very soft with ample pillows, covers, and room space. Would return again!

Price and convenient. Elevators were a bit musty. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and good location.
