Very nice and friendly staff with a beautiful lobby with a bar and 2 computers also in the lobby! They also had a HUGE hottub which was very relaxing!

I love the hot tub and the hot breakfast in the morning. Would have liked the bar to be open later. It was a very convenient location to the airport. It was very clean. The room was very comfortable. The hot breakfast is a definite plus. I would stay there again.

The hotel is a great value for the price. Very good condition, the room and grounds were clean; no worries there. It is very close to the airport. I was glad that I could not hear any plane activity; my room even faced the airport. Two problems arose however. On the Friday I checked-in to my non-smoking room, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. It was not just a few puffs mind you; it was like walking through a smokey bar. The room was fine, just a bit smelly. When the air conditioner was turned on, that drew in the hallway smoke. I stuffed a towel at the base on the door; that worked ok. The next two nights no cigarette smell. The second problem (my oversight - nothing to do with the hotel) - I had to take a taxi to Providence from Warwick as the bus was not running at a convenient time. The taxi averaged $30.00 a trip (ouch!).

The doors were very heavy and when they closed you could hear them throughout the rooms. At 2am hearing doors slam isn't conducive to sleep. The front staff were great. I needed to get a boarding pass at 10am and I wasn't going to be near a computer. They took care of it and had it waiting for me when I got back!

Convenient to airport; very friendly, helpful staff and good amenities. We would stay at this hotel again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone looking for convenient accommodations near the airport in providence.

Met with whole extended family while attending my niece's graduation. Good space to eat and visit. Unable to honor my online reservation for a particular type of room. Said online requests are not guaranteed, just first come, first serve. Very disappointed. Airport shuttle was very convenient and timely.

Compact and convenient. My toilet had a slight problem, little chain link broke. Convenient and perfect for business travelers or airport connections.

My only complaint about the hotel was the door slamming. To get a door to close, it had to be slammed, which the party next door did many times. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with getting us to the airport for an early morning flight.

The Hampton Inn & Suites was just what we needed for our trip. The continental breakfast was wonderful with good choices and just what we needed before heading out to sight see with family and friends. I was particularly impressed with the 24hour shuttle service to the airport which served us well at 4 in the morning.

Ample continental breakfast included in hotel stay with large dining area. This hotel is ideal for a guest needing close access to Green Airport. The scenery is nonexistent, but the location is really convenient for access to I-95 to Providence/Newport--so an excellent choice for someone visiting Rhode Island.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location, convenient. On three separate occasions, I asked for additional towels, a blanket and shampoos and nothing made it to the room. I had to go get them eventually. Overall the hotel was wonderful. It was very clean, the free breakfast was pretty decent, the pool and Jacuzzi was relaxing (pool was heated). The staff was helpful and friendly and gave me a 2 1/2 hour late checkout so I wouldn't have to go find something to do while waiting for my flight time. I was able to enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi a little longer.

Clean rooms, good free internet, free breakfast, and good service. The breakfast wasn't the best. This hotel overall is a very good place that I would strongly recommend for business travelers, and it would probably be a good choice for leisure as well. Nice comfortable bedding, and a convenient location, clean with a good helpful friendly staff.

Clean, convenient, value for money, breakfast. None. Very nice and convenient. Clean, friendly and economical. Continental breakfast was ok, not great. Very quiet for being adjacent to Airport.
