The room was nice, nothing special. I expect a little more with the hotel chain, but the hotel was a little run down. The breakfast was nice and plentiful, but they need to let people know that this hotel is right in the main area of traffic, and there is alot of noise. For the price it was Ok, and it was my 1st time to this part of the country so didn't know what to expect. After staying at other hotels in this chain, I would say this one is on the lower end of there scale with a higher price. If I am going to pay that price I would stay at a nicer hotel with nicer amenities.

First of all, the staff was well-trained and thoroughly professional. They seem to understand that when people are traveling, they want to check in with minimum fuss and get to their rooms. And if a friendly, courteous person is attending you it's icing on the cake. The room was just fine. The beds were very comfortable, no doubt making local casinos in the area anxious. The casinos, by the way, are all located close by but not too, too close, which is ideal. The continental breakfast was adequate, and we never made it to the pool. Kids would probably like it for playing in although at 5 feet max., it's not really good for much else. Internet access was a plus and readily available. We will definitely stay here again if in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.

This hotel was nice for the money. there were a few minor problems though. There was no 'King smoking' rooms when I arrive but was told I could go ahead and smoke anyway. (I didn't). Also there was no phone book in the room but was provided one at the Front Desk. The best thing about this hotel was the service, which as always fast and courteous regarding any problems.

The room was spacious and clean, very friendly staff! The entrance to the hotel needs better markings, had to turn around twice to get there. It was so easy at check in. The breakfast was great for someone on the go. It was a rushed trip, but the room and hotel staff made my hectic trip as pleasant as possible. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shreveport/Bossier.

As you arrive you are greated by well maintained and beautifully landscaped grounds. The lobby is cosy for two or a large group with a staff ready to meet your every need. Rooms are clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The morning buffet was freshly prepared and tastey with a good assortment to meet most tastes. I can't say enough about the wonderfull staff. They were never too busy to make you feel as if you were their only guest. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Right off the highway but no road noise.Lots of great restaurants within 1/2mi-one next door.Staff was friendly & helpful.Large,quiet room.A mall is half mi. away.

Very convenient in relation to the casinos. No shuttle service. Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional.

Courteous and professional desk personal.Felt safe and secure.Rooms clean and comfortable.The bedding was extremely comfortable and the pillows had the local casinos beat!! Could use bigger coffee pots.One cup at a time isn't enough.

The Hampton Inn Shreveport/Bossier was a great place to relax. The staff was very friendly, and everything was very comfortable. The breakfast had ample time and very good food. The check in process was easy and very fast, there was very little trouble. There were no problems that were not corrected.

You could get the roomsascool as you wanted. The front desk just wasn't friendly-didn't act like they appreciated your business. This hotel was clean and the AC was great. They need to update the decor and hire friendlier/more helpful front desk personnel.

The Hampton Inn in Bossier City, Louisiana was very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is always my number one choice to stay! They need to work on their access keys. They have the most wonderful beds you have ever sleep in at a hotel.Not to mention the huge flat screen TV. The Hampton Inn is the cleanest and most awesome hotel ever.I always recommend this one to my friends.

Check in was very easy and the staff at check in were friendly. We left the room at 11:00 for several hours upon return the room still had not been cleaned and we had to ask to have it freshened up. The hotel was a little out of the way but not bad. The check in went smooth the breakfast was adequate. The room service was poor and we had to ask the front desk to have the room cleaned. One of the staff was not helpful at all. The second person at the front desk assured us the room would be freshened up and it was adequately freshened.

Convenient locale, clean, nice breakfast. Quite pricey! Nice hotel. A little pricey, but for Shreveport, it's this or hotels that are far worse.

Nice appearance lobby area. Smoking room. During the stay we requested to have a non smoking room we did not realize that had booked a "smoking" room. When we advised the staff they informed us that they would not be able to move us and that they would "spray" the room to get out the odor. We got back and the room still smelled of smoke and I awoke with an awful headache. It was not a good stay and they did not solve my complaint.

The staff was excellent and the appearance was better than expected. The choice of foods for breakfast left a lot to be desired & the entrance was confusing. I would recommend the hotel to anyone for R&B or business.
