The staff were extremely friendly and mde us feel that they are glad that we were there. Breakfast was very good - hotel was clean. Nightly cookies, cake and lemonade at the front desk was a nice touch. Staff were eager to please us.

the room was ready early which was a plus. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. Ware cookies were available and we were invited to help ourselves. The staff seemed glad to have you there and wante to please you. The room was clean and it gave us comfort to find out that every room is inspected before new arrivals.When we arrived they had our reservation, no problems. Everything was in order.

After killing a single bug in the bathroom, the tay in the hotel was very enjoyable.

The motel was wonderful for us. We had pets with us and the room was so convenient to the "potty" area. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast fare was great with variety daily. Employees were pleasant. Convenient to downtown Charleston and the aircraft carrier. Would have ben nice to have an indoor pool since it was cold and rainy duringi our stay.

This hotel is very close to local attractions; only minutes to downtown Charleston. Quiet location on a side street. Very close to the Ravenel Bridge and Patriots Point. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone on staff was always smiling and greeted us warmly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The only downside is the lack of cold water- but that is a citywide problem, not just this hotel.

The hotel was very nice, the housekeeping was a little slow and at one time we had to leave our room at 3:30 so they could clean and put in new towels. We had a wedding that we had to be at so that was a litte disconcerting.

While the staff was very friendly, the room was a disapointment. We had a 2 double bed non-smoking room. The room was tiny. The decor was nice but the room did not feel very fresh, kind of like the old was just painted and covered up rather than cleaned, peeling wall paper removed and walls smothed over where patched had been placed. Would be just fine if you are tired and just need a place to lay your head and get a shower. I do not recommend if you want any luxury at all, or have children.

We where there for a 3-day Weekend Wedding Event. So the accomodations where simple, clean, convenient & Affordable for us.

We were very impressed with the Hampton Inn. We had never stayed in one before but certainly will again, especially this one. The hotel is clean, tastefully decorated and the beds comfortable. There are things every traveler looks for in a comfortable hotel and this one had them all. The complimentary was nice and the staff was exceptional. We have no complaints at all.

Easy access to Old Charleston, Patriot's Point, and shopping and dining. We stay here whenever we come to visit the Charleston area. The rooms are attractive and quiet and beds are very comfortable. It's very nice to have a breakfast that is not only free but offers a wide selection of items.

During my stay this hotel was clean and appeared to kept up very well. The room itself was great, b sure to get fresh quilts. All hotels reuse 'em. Be advised, all hotels reuse quilts. The front desk clerk was fabulous (be sure to call for the right exit,mapquest is a no-go.) I saw security walking the property too. Hotel pictures can be misleading but this one was on point. I plan to use this hotel again. Just minutes to hot spots :-)

The Hampton Inn in Mt. Pleasant was very nice. The accommodations were very comfortable. Loved the cookies and lemonade as an afternoon treat!! The staff was very friendly. If we hadn't stopped at the visitor center in Mt. Pleasant, I don't know how easily we would have found the hotel. The address is deceiving. It turned out we were only a block away. We were taking an extended vacation so we were staying in numerous vacation areas and found the hotel pricier than other vacation areas we stayed in.
