Was close to a restraunt(not In Hotel). No Shuttle service after I Called and confermed there was. Before I left home I called and asked about location to the Plasa Lights. I was told they were within walking distance. They were 5 miles away and in 10 degree weather not in walking distance. I asked about shuttle service from airport was told yes there was.There was not when asked at hotel was told never was never will be.

Excellent front desk service and hotel was spotless except for where they were renovating. Pool was not large, but not busy either. Hot-tub was not very hot, but we did not complain. Continental breakfast was excellent with good selections and they were always restocking. Our family had a very good experience with this hotel.

I really did like how the hotel was off in the back away from the highway and quite. I did not like that my bathroom was not clean and that house keeping wanted to look around my room for leaking water at 8.30 - 9.00 p.m.! All and all this hotel is not bad at all it has a few flaw as does every hotel. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone just needing to get away!

Very clean and comfortable. No frig. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely return.

No parking fee. Location was sort of hidden (had difficulty finding it). Other than the hidden location, our stay was very comfortable and they accommodated us.
