Predictable comfort and superior mattress justify a higher than average price point. Great nites sleep away from home. Easy commute to the Art Festival and front desk was very helpful with navigation tips.

Comfortable bed nice breakfast. Near the freeway accessible to the places you want to go hot cookies in the afternoon is a nice touch with the urn of coffee in the lobby. Nice desk.

Nice hotel that was located within minutes of the U of Michigan's school of music--perfect location for us. This hotel was very nice, and very clean. Our room was great. New wallpaper, new carpeting, new bedspreads, really nice layout with pretty built-in cabinets that made the room seem huge. GREAT flat-screen tv! The bathroom was really nice, too. Good breakfast in the morning, very friendly front desk and staff. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Although the hotel was fine, the fees Travel agency charges for changes are outrageous, considering the hotel itself was willing to change my reservation for no charge but couldn't becase I had used Travel agency. It certainly wasn't worth the savings I got This is the LAST time I will use travel agency to book my hotel.

Although finding the Hampton Inn might be a bit of a challenge it is conveniently located off US-23 (take the Plymouth Road exit to Green Road, turn right on Green and the hotel is next to Applebees on your right). It's a comfortable, cozy, and quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Hampton has a connected walkway to Applebees and a CVS is close by. Guests are just ten minutes from the University Hospitals and fifteen minutes away from all the sights and sounds of the UofM campus and downtown Ann Arbor.

Well kept , clean and decorated nicely nothing My son is a grad student at Univ of Michigan and we will be using your Hampton Inn whenever we visit. The beds are extremely comfortable and the entire hotel is well kept

Rooms have been renovated and look really great! Our room was very clean and we enjoyed breakfast and room service from Applebee's during our visit.

Very nice hotel - the rooms were recently renovated and are beautiful. New flat-screen TV was nice too. Pool was good but a little small. Very friendly staff.

We got there after check in time and the room wasn't ready. However, our wait was very short. We reserved a mini-suit, but they gave us a handicap room. The handicap bathroom just had a free standing sink with no counter. There was no place to place our toiletries. The breakfast was pretty good, but I have had better. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again.

Most comfortable hotel beds ever. Put us in smoking room. Sheets didn't stay on bed. Excellent, comfortable beds & pillows. Great coffee in lounge, fairly nice complimentary breakfast. Very clean. Small rooms.

Friendly, clean, helpful andresponsive to concerns. Can't think of anything. When we checked in, the heater in our room did not work (and it was a VERY cold weekend). The staff responded immediately, got us into another room, and brought us a bag of goodies as a way of showing their concern. The room we had for the rest of the weekend was great - clean, comfortable, WARM, and delightful.

Convenient, friendly staff, free breakfast, nice pool for kids and hot tub, clean and very comfortable beds, friendly staff. Very courteous and friendly staff, very clean rooms, beds were amazing, clean and convenient pool and hot tub, very decent free breakfast and just perfect. Great access to internet and on site computers. Will stay there again, a bit far from the big house, for Michigan football than I thought.

The bed was awesome with comfy sheets and down comforter. Felt like home. The breakfast wasn’t very good, not enough protein for people who can’t eat crabs.

Friendly accommodating staff, great breakfast, indoor pool and complimentary van. Great hotel, great value, I have no complaints. This is a clean, lovely hotel with friendly accommodating staff, great breakfast included, an indoor pool and workout room. Staying with these folks made our visit to Ann Arbor a pleasure. Great value. This hotel should be a model for other hotels in its class. I prefer this hotel to snobbier more expensive hotels and will look forward to staying there again in the future. It also makes me want to try other Hampton Inns for comparison.

The Hampton Inn-Ann Arbor turned out to be an excellent choice. While I have stayed in other Hampton Inns, this one was exceptional. The only thing that I did not like was trying to find the correct driveway into the hotel. The signage was minimal and since I was in a snow storm it The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The hotel had free internet access and a very nice breakfast included in the price of the room.
