We stayed at the Hampton while at an Anime convention. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately we did loose a necklace while staying there, but the staff was very helpful in trying to find it.

Location was very convenient. Always love free wireless internet! Needed more sink space, and the air conditioner seemed to work the same on every setting (no way to make it colder). Clean, family friendly, and excellent service. This hotel is recommended for those who want comfort on the road at a fair price.

The hotel was clean, well organized and conveniently located near a major expressway...yet on a quiet street. The room was clean and typical of a hotel of this level....Breakfast, which is included had fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and heatable pre-prepared breakfast items. On the whole, the stay was perfectly fine and I would recommend this hotel. The bed was the only issue as my wife and I woke up with a stiff lower back each day....not sure what was wrong with the bed...just an observation.

Room was neat and well appointed. Staff was courteous. Rates are very good and half the cost of staying downtown. Located right off the beltway and about 5 mins to downtown. Great location for an out of town business traveller.

The bathroom is great - spacious, but as a senior the sink is a little high. No refrigerator in the guest room. Nice hotel for price.

We were visiting colleges in NC. The hotel was convenient for getting on the main roads. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean room and good breakfast. I recommend it.

Upon walking into the hotel I was quite pleased with the overall cleanliness of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist in any way. The room was extremely clean and kept that way during my weekend stay. I was also pleased with the Continental Breakfast each morning. The location was great for me due to the two malls that were within a couple miles of the hotel. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn to all my friends and family.

This hotel was fantastic! It's directly across from the Marriott hotel which we also stayed in and is just a very short drive from downtown Raleigh. The overall experience with this hotel was excellent, probably one of the best in the area. I would also recommend there but the Hampton was still excellent.

We had two rooms. In one of them the security locking device was missing (screws present but it appeared to have been ripped off) - not a comforting feeling. The concrete finish around and in the pool was peeling pretty bad. There were other signs that renovation should occur in the near future. Breakfast was fine, clientele was not bothersome but some pedestrians in the area appeared to be derelicts.

Professionalism of the check-in clerk. Noisy neighbors across the hall. Recommend posting Quiet Please signs in the halls. Parents with small children should be booked in separate area/floors of the hotel. My visit was a business trip. When I arrived to this hotel, all I wanted to do was to rest in peace and quiet. But, I had to listen to noisy children across the hall, which made it difficult to relax. I stated to the check in clerk my visit was business, therefore I should of been given a quit area of the hotel away from a family with children on vacation.

Extremely comfortable beds and really clean room. This room was amazing. We stay in Raleigh once or twice a month for concerts and we've slept at a few different hotels, but this one by far is the best. The king size bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. The other nice parts to this hotel is that it was right down the street from the concert grounds and it was also located down the street from some good restaurants.

The fitness center had good equipment and water bottles in a refrigerator. Also, our beds had really nice duvet comforters. The hot breakfast consisted of frozen egg items to be microwaved. Long line for only one microwave. We would stay at this hotel again.

So peacefully quiet, despite being full of soccer-playing kids, and the staff was great! We would've preferred a non-smoking room with 2 doubles, but could only get smoking. Traveling with a friend, I took her advice and booked a room for us at the Hampton Inn, and at no time did I regret my decision. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Both beds were amazingly comfortable, I've never slept so well in a hotel before! We were both also very surprised at how blissfully quiet the hotel was despite being full of teenage soccer players. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, quiet room with a wonderfully comfortable bed!

Excellent breakfast buffet and beverage are. Did not have Jacuzzi, as mentioned on your site. The hotel was well located and had easy access to major roadways. The staff was helpful. The best feature was the included breakfast buffet with hot entrees, fruit, cereal, juice and pastries. There was a 24-hour beverage area with coffee, tea, and cocoa mix available. There was an outdoor pool, but no Jacuzzi.
