This hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond. You would NEVER expect this hotel was right off the PA Turnpike!You would not expect a concierge at a Hampton Inn but the front desk and Manager were so helpful that you felt they were a full service Hotel. They gave recommendations for what to do and where to go and where to eat etc. I can be very picky about where I stay and I was totally happy from A to Z with this Hampton Inn. I will stay here again when we make the trip to Manheim next year!

Staff was very efficient. Everything went very smoothly. They were very nice about a late check-in. Great directions to where I needed to go. Just very accommodating in every way. Great mid-price hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

The Hampton Inn is always a great choice to stay when I am on the road and this one was no exception. I particularly like their beds and linens, ample pillows and such. I have started to get spoiled and get annoyed when I am staying at a place that has flimsy pillows and minimlist bedwear. I have stayed in the really nice five star places where you have the 5000 thread egyptian cotton and goodies like that, but these hotels are much cheaper and are a much better value if you enjoy a real good night sleep.

Very clean, roomy, accommodating. The breakfast was not very good/ nor was the coffee. This hotel was a great location for where we needed to be.
