Small cozy hotel, huge customer service.... 2 Double bed room was a little small but clean and comfortable, I was in the rear of building on the 15th floor, it was so quite and the beds are very comfortable. The Staff makes this place feel like a 4 diamond hotel. Great location can get anywhere in Manhattan from Penn station, which is a 5 min walk from hotel and 10 mins to times square. Highly recomended for the money.

The hotel was located ideally in my case as the Madison Square Garden and the Puertorican day parade was walking distance.Major attractions and places were also very near. The continental breakfast was pretty good eevn though variety could have helped.

The staff was friendly and the location was great! Breakfast needs more healthy alternatives. The hotel isn't in the prettiest part of town but for travelers who plan to see all of the city it's a perfect location (especially if you are coming in or out by train or bus). The staff was fantastic and friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options are limited as far as healthy alternatives but it's free and everyone will find something they like.

The Hampton Inn Manhattan @ MSG is an awesome treat located a 1/2 block from Masdison Square Garden we were booked for only one night. I was on a short trip for business and my wife decided to come along with me. The Hotel was so nice, clean and accommodating we decided to stay another night. Our room was immaculate as was the marbled floor bathroom. The marble sink and shower was shiny and clean. The room had a king size bed with a flat panel TV mounted in front of the bed. Everything smelled fresh and clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The FREE Hi speed internet came in very handy. I work in the entertainment and sports industry and I travel about 20 weeks out of the year and this was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in long while on a job assignment. The staff was proactive, professional and very knowledgable of the hotel and New York City. Free Continental Breakfast every morning and free coffee & tea 24 hours a day. A gem of a hotel located in a city so nice they named twice New York, NY Tom & Kristin Linwood NJ

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our check-in was no hassle. The room was small but very clean with comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The bath was modern and clean. It was a pleasant experience and we would stay at this hotel again. Madison Square gardens, Times Square, Macys and the theatres were all an easy walk. The subway was also nearby with easy connections where ever we wanted to go.

A few friends and I were celebrating a friend's birthday in the city and spent the night reminiscing and recuperating from our late night. The accomodatiosn would have been better if the room was larger and the beds a little bigger. Compared to other Hampton Inns I have visited this was by far the smallest and most uncomfortable to navigate.

Staff was FANTASTIC! Above and beyond helpful! Noisy floor mates. Conveniently located near Herald Square and Penn Station. Comfortable rooms, fantastic staff! Would choose to stay there again next time I'm in the city.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very quiet with hardly any outside noise. Bed was great. The bathroom was small, but not a problem. Our bedroom was small, but we had all the room we needed to be comfortable. We used the luggage valet for our big suitcase and put our other case on the floor under the valet to conserve space. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had a complementary breakfast until 10:30 in the AM, with a large variety of breakfast foods. Oatmeal, bagels/crm cheese you could toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, 3 kinds of cold cereal with skim or 2% milk, and they changed out 2 hot dishes every day as well. This was our 4th time to NYC, and by far exceeded my expectations. I will never stay anywhere else unless I have to.

This was our first trip to NY and the hotel was a great value for what we did - sightsee! Our days were spent walking around the city. We came home at night exhausted to a friendly staff and a comfortable king size bed. The room was small (arent't they all) but very clean and it was great having the complimentary breakfast the next morning.

We went up for my cousin's birthday. She had a friend recommend this Hampton. The staff was so thorough and helpful. The hotel is immaculate. The lobby is small but the service is big. The view is only of other buildings, not like a Times Square hotel. But with the service and perks it was well worth it. Free luggage holding, complimentary breakfast that was well above continental! Convenient location. It may not be in the middle of everything like one of the Times Square hotels but from what I have heard they offer a lot more than those other hotels that are much more expensive! Excellent pick. I highly recommend this spot.

My familiy and I went for spring vacation. We found that The Hampton Inn Hotel was close to many stations and city attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately rooms a little small and a noisy neighborhood; but in general we had a great time.

Excellent place to stay. 5 of us stayed in a room with 2 queen beds..lots of room !staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean and the location was wonderful. Close enough to all NYC has to offer but just off 6th avenue so you don't hear the New York drivers incesently honking their horns !Would recommend to anyone and we plan to return to this hotel very soon.

I always seem to enjoy Hampton Inns when I get to stay with them. Their overall look is very nice and gives you the impression you're staying somewhere a little bit more exclusive than a basic chain. I stayed in a smoking/ handicap accessible room-- the only real difference was that instead of a traditional shower/tub combo, I had a walk-in stall. While this was a little unconventional, it was fine-- actually making the bathroom seem a lot larger than it likely was. Also- I am a smoker who generally doesn't get a smoking room because they typically REEK of decades' old smoke. Hampton Inns without fail never seem to have this issue...The beds and linens are very nice-- feather and polyfill pillows to suit everyone, an extra blankets stowed away just in case. The interiors were fine as well-- wall-mounted TVs (a standard in NYC hotels it seems), a nice sized desk to work and a small armoire for your things. It's also located within walking distance of lots of NYC sights so it's a good place to stay if you're trying to spend a weekend being a tourist.

Very clean, great/friendly staff. Continental breakfast was just OK although the breakfast room is nice. Simple, clean, comfortable, and had all of the basics. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have anything luxurious to offer, but at the same time there is nothing to complain about. I definitely would stay here again.

I loved this Hotel. It was so comfortable and cozy. The bed was awesome I almost missed my flight back home because of it. It was in a perfect spot. The breakfast came in handy in the morning and gave you a chance to mingle. I will definetly return to NY and stay here no doubt. It was all worth my trip and staying here was a pleasure.
