This Hampton Inn was very clean and room was comfortable. The hot breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Hampton Inn Chattanooga, was a very comfortable, spacious, clean, and friendly hotel to stay. Our room was very large with special touches, that made it perfect, like the breakfast tray, so you could have your breakfast in bed if you wished. Beautiful matress, so we both felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. Plenty of Hanging space, and room for our luggage. Breakfast was provided also in our price, which was a surprise, with not just a cold but hot buffet breakfast. It was very close to Ruby Falls which is were we wanted to visit. I would recommend this hotel highly for a most enjoyable visit.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They answered questions readily and were the cookies were great! The TV in our room had problems with the volume. It would be soft and then get louder without us touching anything. This was the second time this summer that we stayed at this hotel. The first time we stayed was so nice, I we wanted to stay there again. Knowing that we had a nice place to stay made our trip so much better. This hotel is close to almost everything there is to do in Chattanooga and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from close by.

The Hampton Inn was very comfortable and the room was roomy. The location was very good, close to the freeway. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Room smelled so bad we checked out the next morning. When we asked the staff for another room were told none available! Overall appearance was not clean. The room was worse. The smell of the room was unbearable. I believe there was only one person on staff at a time and they could not change our room even after we asked twice! We went to comfort inn for the rest of our stay!

Comfortable beds and clean. Lobby had a bad odor. Conveniently located and easy access to local attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A good value for your money.

Terrific breakfast selection, very clean facility, near attractions. Staff seemed indifferent. I would stay here again.
