Unfortunately, I only slept here a few hours. The room I booked was HUGE as was the bath; it would have easily fit my family with a roll away to accommodate us all. The bed was very comfy with several pillow depths to choose from made sleeping very comfortable. The shuttle was prompt and desk staff very helpful. I would definitely stay here again - for biz or pleasure.

It was close to airport. It smelled bad. Nice hotel if you just need a place to sleep. Not many frills. Close to airport and fairly nice staff.

Location is fine if you need the airport, and fine if you are happy with a 20-30 subway ride in to the city centre. Otherwise there is nothing in walking distance such as food. Apart from that the Hotel is an excellent budget choice.

We stayed here for a week. The shuttle to and from the airport is a great deal. This is a very friendly and helpful place! We used the shuttle often to get to the "T" stop and to an Italian restaurant as well as the airport. The room was well appointed and clean. The breakfast is good as far as the cold items, but the hot items were not what I enjoy eating. We would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay for any trip. The breakfast was good and the staff and shuttle service was super. They would even take you to a local italian place for dinner that was Super !!! The area T stop was right there and they would pick you up and drop you off so you could go anywhere in the city very safely

When booking through Orbitz, a month in advance, I clicked on for a non-smoking room. When I checked in they said they only had a smoking room available. Since I booked through a third party they don't guarantee that you will receive a non-smoking room... just a room. Very Disappointing!!!

The king-size bed was fabulous and extremely comfortable. The shower did not work. The hotel is squeezed into a marginal location, the room was fine, the bed was super, the little latch on the faucet to sent the water to the shower head was broken and did not work, and time constraints forced a quick couple of baths, and the front desk made a note of the condition at check-out, but did not seem interested.

Great hotel! Clean, friendly. Breakfast buffett every morning. I especially like the free shuttle service to the "T" and to the airport.

The airport shuttle really made our trip easier. It took us to the T stop, the car rental place and was always prompt in picking us up when we called. The beds were very comfortable,the room was clean and the complimentary hot breakfast was great with 2 teenagers. I would recommend this hotel and gladly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and good. The shuttle service allowed us to go to the airport, subway station, and various other places free of charge. We will definately stay here again next time we travel to Boston.

The hotel did not charge for third person even though it was supposed to be for 2. Hard to find if you are driving. The room with 2 queen beds was quite adequate but it could not fit another roll away bed, as there were 3 of us. However, hotel was quite good in not charging for the 3rd person. Breakfast was complimentary and was quite substantial to start the day. Complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day at the lobby was a nice touch. Daily scheduled free shuttle to the train station and airport was also very convenient. For the price I paid through Priceline, I certainly enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money.

The hotel itself more than met our needs. The room was comfortable, the service perfect, and the complimentary breakfast was superb. It was much more than the continental style some places advertise. Proximity to Boston was as advertised. The need to pay a toll for the Sumner Tunnel was the only thing not noted in the advertisement. However it was less than $4.00 for both ways.

We stayed one night before we flew out in the morning. Everything was super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We went to the bar at night and staff there wonderful too. (Great Long Island's). Pool and hot tub were cleanand nice and warm. I have nothing negative to say. We called for a cot and it was there within 10 mins. Staff member offered to set it up for us. Everything was great!!!!

Stayed for 1 night (layover between 2 flights). Free shuttle service to Boston airport and metro is very convenient. Very nice rooms, free LAN (cable should be in the room, possibly in a drawer), free and pretty good breakfast. Negative aspects: noisy fan in the bathroom that wouldn't stop, wakeup call 15 min too early.

The hotel had recently replaced all their mattresses and bedding. Falling into that bed, I didn't care if I saw anything else of Boston, I could have stayed in that bed the whole time. also the shuttle service was fast, friendly, and very helpful.

I was not good when we first arrived on 13 May. They had put us in a smoking room when a none smoking was requested. They were able to move us after I complained. The rest of the stay was adaquate.

When the dryer would not work or the stamp machine did not work they found solutions to help by putting my clothing in staff dryer and stamping etc. Food in restaurant. Menu items were not available. Unkempt amenities. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was outstanding. Seating in the breakfast area should be larger as area is not big enough to accommodate guests at breakfast time. The restaurant at the hotel was very poor. They were out of many menu items and menu was limited to very few choices. The shuttle was great as it was very helpful in getting around the area without a rented car.

I visit Boston at least once a year and for the past 4 or 5 years have stayed at the Logan Airport Hampton Inn in Revere on Lee Burbank Highway (1A). They just get better and better! Why fix what ain't broken. Newly renovated bathrooms and lobby. New FREE internet room with new Dell computers. Free breakfast buffet with great selection. Free delicious cookies and coffee at night. Free 24 hour shuttle service to and from Logan Airport and Wood Island T (subway) stop. Super comfy beds and pillows. Can't get any better with prices very reasonable.

The mattresses were awesome. Very good beds. No restaurant. Only a lounge with limited food items. Hotel provided a very good shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk clerk was excellent and put us in a double double room at our request. The room was very nice and the beds were awesome.
