My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn during a weekend getaway and we were extremely pleased with our stay. Not only was the staff polite and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Moreover, the hotel offered a hot breakfast buffet each morning that was complimentary yet very generous in its offerings. Additonally, the hotel is close to several restaurants that are in walking distance or a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The comfort of the bed and the bathrooms appearance. The size of the room was a little small. Overall Hampton Inn was very nice. I would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel just prior to Christmas 2008 with my husband and teenaged daughter. I was astonished that two people were not able to keep the breakfast bar replenished and they didn't seem to have the usual Hampton fare. Instead of Danish pastries they did have two waffle makers that made Mickey Mouse waffles but the area was a mess every morning I was there. On one morning the coffee was cold. On two occassions we went back to the hotel from the theme park in the early afternoon to take a nap and shower for an evening out and our room was not made up yet. This was after 2 PM. The following day we found the same thing after having spoken to the manager and requesting our room be made up early, and my furious husband just threw all the dirty towels out in the hallway and tracked down the housekeeper and just got fresh towels. They never did make up the room that day, I made the beds myself. I can't believe the Hilton Hotel chain puts up with this. I will never stay at this hotel again. We travel to Disney about 4 to 6 times a year from Miami and will be staying in a different Hampton Inn just a bit further away from the parks. I can't believe Hilton will allow this much longer. The manager we spoke to said it was an independantly owned property.

The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bed was great: comfortable and clean. It was definitely worth it, and I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Hampton-Lake Buena Vista for Halloween and had a great stay. We rented a double queen room and both beds had 4 pillows and a neckroll along with a super fluffy comforter. One bed was soft and cushy, the other bed was on the firm side. The room had standard microwave and mini-fridge. Hot breakfast was ok, plenty to choose from fruits/yogurts/hot items/breads and cookies were on the counter in the evening, but gone by 8pm. No guest laundry, but could use the hotels next door. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The desk staff was extremely friendly and the ticket counter person went out of her way to find us a fabulous last-minute pediatric dentist only 4 miles away who could help us the next day. The location was two blocks from the Downtown Disney entrance, making it unnecessary to get back on I-4. Lots of stores and restaurants very close and easy to find.

It was overall a nice stay. I usually stay at one of the Disney Resorts, but since it was last minute, everything was sold out. The Hampton Inn had small rooms, but was very comfortable. There were a LOT of teenagers hanging around in the fitness center & computer center, but they were relatively quiet. It did not bother me since I did not use either one, they were just....there. The location is AMAZING. Lots of restaurants, some shops, and a stone's throw away from I-4. If you plan on being in the parks all day & mostly just want a clean, comfortable place to sleep, then this hotel will be fine.

It was everything that the comments said and we will definitely come back again! Nothing negative to say. We occasionally meet family in downtown Disney when we can. Now that we have stayed at the Hampton Inn we won't have to search for a different hotel next time. The continental breakfast was awesome too.

My wife and I spent eight nights at this hotel (second week of September 08) and we were happy with the facilities, services, breakfast, etc. People at the front desk were very friendly and help us to find directions, etc. The beds are really comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped. Only thing I will improve would be to get more than the two tiny packages of real sugar for the coffee service in the room that they provide.

The Hotel was great. THe location was Great. We were minutes from everything. There was one problem with some kids roaming the halls banging on doors. One call to the front desk fixed that. They had staff on the floor in seconds (seriously) and the problem stopped. While I know situations like this can happen it is a well trained staff that can handle it in such a fast and quiet manner. Breakfast was nice as they changed some of the items daily while making sure that the normal things were there everyday. My only real problem with the hotel was the door that went from the lobby to the main part of the hotel was too small. It was the site of morning traffic jams.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The room was excellent - the beds were sooooo soft...it was very difficult to get out of them in the morning!! :-D The breakfast was very delicious and the location is great.

I couldn't be more pleased with this hotel. The room was very nice with a tiled bathroom floor, two comfortable beds, cable TV, microwave, a refrigerator and air conditioning that worked perfectly. There was a free breakfast with eggs, omelets, waffles, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, muffins, and free newspapers. I was amazed at this deal. the staff was friendly and polite. Absolutely no complaints at all!

The breakfast was great. The air conditioner in my room kept going out. Other than the air conditioner problems the only other thing that didn't satisfy me was that the hotel didn't have discount tickets available to the area parks like I had hoped.

My wife and I chose this hotel primarily for the location and cost during our vacation. The hotel is a little removed in distance from the Disney parks, but the location gave the Hampton Inn a slightly calmer and more relaxed feel than the closer hotels. Most of the guests appeared to be on business, but the advantage is (again) that the atmosphere was quieter than hotels which cater specifically to families. Staff was friendly and even accomodated some of our special requests relating to room assignment and bathroom items. The breakfast was far better than average. The hotel is not the closest to the Disney parks, nor is it the cheapest, but all in all it's a good value and we would recommend it without hesitation.

I would stay here again. Compared to higher priced larger hotels this hotel was quiet and offered a FULL continental breakfast. Great location, clean, friendly. Shopping center and fairly priced restaurants are within walking distance. Easy on and off of the highway.

Hotel was clean and newly updated. They kept the pool open an hour longer for our group. Breakfast was superb. Beds were a bit too soft for my liking but comfortable. Rooms were quiet and you couldn't hear the outside noise. Close to several restaurants that should accomadate everyone's tastes. Everything was great and hoping to stay there next year.

First class Hampton inn. I was very impressed! Construction but this could not be helped. This hotel is very close to all of the Orlando attractions and particularly Disney. I was very impressed with the level of luxurious decor and the professionalism of the staff. This was hands-down the nicest Hampton inn I have ever been too. (I'm a former frequent flyer and have stayed at numerous hotels).
