We were in Philadelphia to exhibit at an outdoor show. Not spending a lot of time in the hotel yet we need comfort, security, parking and ease of use. Need nothing fancy; this hotel provides good basics, clean and friendly. Check-in was easy; free breakfast was decent but not especially healthy. Fitness room is miniscule - 4 machines packed together with barely room for a yoga mat (provided). Room door lacked security knob; once notified, staff called immediately for repair.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Located close to train stop into city. Pleasant helpful staff. I will stay there again if I go to Philly. I liked the continental breakfast.

The hotel was in a decent location (near the airport but it was quiet)with a Ruby Tuesday right next door. You walk to the end of the road and cross the street to catch a train into the city. The train station is probably 1/4 mile from the hotel and it is $5 per person to get into the city center area from which you walk about 6 blocks to see the main tourist attractions. This was very nice because we were able to park my car in the lot at the hotel and easily go to/from the city while we were there. Huge plus in my book! The hotel was newly remodeled and the room was very nice and a large size (we had the king sofa bed room). The bed was very large and comfortable and we loved the updated bathroom and soft towels. There is also free wireless internet and a desk in the room. The only problem we had was that our a/c did not work and our room was stuffy and uncomfortable during the first night of our stay. It was like that when we checked in but we figured if we let it run while we were gone it would be fine. We were wrong... It was about 80 degrees and humid out that day and we returned to a very stuffy 78 degree room that night. The windows do not open at all so that made the problem worse. We had to go down to the front desk twice (and wait about 45 minutes) until someone came up to look at our a/c. He was unable to fix it so we finally showered and gave up and tried to go to bed. My fiance could not sleep b/c the room was so uncomfortable, so we complained the next day. After speaking to several staff members on-site while we were there (they had no other rooms to move us to)and then calling the hotel and Orbitz upon our return home, we were finally able to arrange a refund for one night of our 2 night stay. We were satisfied with that. Other than the a/c problem, very nice hotel. Minus the a/c problem, I would have rated room comfort a 5 and maintenance/upkeep at least a 4. Better than average free continental breakfast every morning and they deliver a newspaper

Close to the airport. Room was too hot, breakfast was not worth the cost & staff gave us the shuck & jive.

We checked in around 8:00 PM, had dinner at the restaurant next door, returned to our room for bed, got into bed watching TV, and soon discovered tiny bugs on our pillows and throughout the bedding! We were in total shock; have never experienced anything like this before. We immediately called down and told the front desk lady that we would be checking out due to bugs in our bed and she frankly didn't seem too surprised. We were not charged; however, all other area hotels were booked and we had to drive to the other side of Philly to find a room. By this time, it was 2:00 a.m. A horrible experience! And not what I would expect from a Hampton Inn that looked very nice in the lobby. I have waited a while to give this review because I hope to hear from the management with an apology and/or explanation but have heard nothing. Please beware of this Hampton Inn!

The best part of this hotel was the location to the airport....we were able to fly in and take the shuttle straight to the hotel. Then, the train station is right across the parking lot...so you can take the train directly into town. Great flexibility and good breakfasts!

The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. They went out of their way to make my children feel welcome! The continental breakfast was more than expected - very filling if you need to have a late lunch. You're about 15-20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, King of Prussia mall & other attractions. Easy to find coming from the airport as well. We would definitely stay with them again.

Everybody we encountered at the hotel was super friendly. Checking in and out was so quick. Using hwy.95 made it fast getting to the stadium area. Breakfast was great. No complaints. Will stay here again if in town.

Convenient location & friendly staff. NA. The hotel was clean, convenient and perfect for an overnight before catching a morning flight from PHL airport. We enjoyed chatting with other guests at the buffet breakfast.

Met family here (we flew, they drove) to attend an event. Can't compliment the staff enough for their ability to anticipate and meet our needs. Shuttle came to airport w/in minutes of our call, staff checked us in early, and our room was ready, clean and comfy. Front desk very helpful as we tried to learn the SEPTA (public transportation) system, even offering the shuttle van to take us to/pick up from the nearby rail station! Luggage storage was available after checkout, a big plus, as we had a late flight and wanted to explore the city. Breakfast was truly deluxe, hotel was truly an oasis during an exceptionally busy weekend. We will be back!

It was all I've come to expect from Hampton Inns. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. Easy access on and off the interstate and helpful staff.

Everything about this hotel was great & wireless internet service. No microwave and fridge in room; however, ice and snacks were located on every floor. Great hotel, rooms were very nice and clean and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, very friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient to interstate, airport, casino and downtown Philly. Really enjoyed my stay and look forwarded to stay again.

The hotel are great. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and neat and breakfast excellent. For the cost, it was excellent choice for sightseeing Philadelphia since it was easy to get to and from the Historic Philadelphia by car but not as pricey as the downtown hotels rates

I feel this this hotel was not clean, I was put into a handicap room, where the shower barely worked.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms needed a facelift. I was so impressed with this hotel's staff that I wrote a letter to the manager when I got home. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to answer all our questions. It was great.

The hotel is only two or three miles from the airport. It is located in a pastoral setting and next to a Ruby Tuesday resturant. Good breakfast (and it's free).

The staff was friendly it was clean. The breakfast was awful. A buffet was advertised and all I saw was slop. A hotel that serves a nice, hot breakfast is ideal for me when I am attending a conference. The hot breakfast lures me out of my room and helps me make it to my sessions on time. This feature was the selling point for me even though the hotel was a long distance away from the convention center. A buffet should not be advertised if all that is offered is a continental breakfast and slop. The food looked several days old and inedible.

I love stay at the Hampton Inns. The hotels are very nice. I did not expect the hotel to be top of the line, but it was. Very clean, the people were very nice, and the breakfast was good. I got more than my money's worth. Happy in Philly
