While i was there i visited family and shopped. I wish that the staff had been friendly. There was a yellow spot on the bed spread which i could not identify. I also did NOT tell the staff about it. I did not want to talk to them unless it was an emergency. I would have went to another hotel if it wasn't for the location. Over all it was a great trip. These are the only complaints that i have.

Bed was comfortable. The cleaning crew did a poor job. Hotel was just ok. We called 5 minutes after booking room and was told Getting a crib was not an issue. When we got there we were told that it was on a first come fist serve bases. Not what we were told on the phone. When we went out for the day we came back to our surprise the bathroom looked like it was not touched. The only thing we could tell was done is there was new towels. The room was not worth the money paid. Will stay some where else next time.

The hotel was very nice very relaxing after a long day of driving, just what we expected from a Hampton Hotel. might of had some problems having it if it was for the cracker barrel restaurant
