My friends and I went to Hilton Head for a wedding on the beach and we stayed here. The beach was not far from our hotel. When I arrived, I had booked the wrong room and they were able to switch me the next night. On the day of the wedding, I needed a hair stylist and the receptionist called hair salons for me. She definitely went above and beyond for me!!! The breakfast was also very good as well!

The beds were so comfortable. We had to stay in a smoking room, and I didn't appreciate the smell. It even got in our clothes. The room was a little cramped up. We couldn't get the radio in the room to work. The bed was very comfortable though, and the location was great. Close to everything.

This hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant. The pool was small but clean and the exercise room was okay. My only problem was with the "hot breakfast". The only thing "hot" every morning were a half pan of processed eggs that appeared to have been run over by a three ton steam roller. In short, they made the eggs on an Egg McMuffin seem gourmet.

For the airport to be in its back yard, it was relatively quiet. No jaccuzzi, that I could find. Hotel is fine, staff was wonderful and access was easy.

Very friendly staff, easy to find, clean rooms. My only complaint is that the standard room is very tiny for a family of 4. But there's a micro and fridge, so that takes up room. The breakfast was decent, better than expected for a smaller hotel.

It was comfortable. The bathroom did not have a fan and was small, the tub was scratched and stained. It is comfortable for a short stay with children, the room with two double beds was a little small, the refrigerator was a plus.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While it is not on the beach (many Hilton Head hotels are not), the location is great. The drive to the beach is short and the restaurants in the shopping center across the highway were very good and reasonable. It is also a very easy drive to the Bluffton outlet malls. We took advantage of the fitness room, swimming pool, and breakfast. All were very nice. They also have laundry facilities for guests, which is most helpful for beach towels and bathing suits. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to stay an extra day. We will stay here from now on when we travel to Hilton Head.

At first I was'nt so sure becuase I thought we wanted to be in the really beachy areas. But as we stayed it turned out to be better for us to be able to go out to dinner,shop and or stay in,(at the pool). I think it's a good location. Folly beach is just down the road which we had easy access to every day. The rooms were always clean,the staff were all polite,the breakfast was convenient as it was good. The pool was clean and not crowded! My wife used the fitness room every morning. But key to us was the internet access, which is easy to connect to.

My best friend and I had planned a girls' weekend for weeks and were excited to stay at the Hampton. We were disgusted by what we had to stay in. In one night we killed or tried to kill 5 roaches of various sizes. We immediately told the ladies at the front desk about the situation. They could not help us and were unapologetic. We had to check out at 1:30 A.M. and find another hotel. Be careful is this hotel is your destination!

This hotel is very clean and service is great; especially for the price. The public beach is a short drive away and the beds in the room were some of the best I have slept on.
