I had to change rooms twice once I checked in. In the first room the safe was not operable. The second room was close to a room with a dog barking constantly. (This hotel allows pets in rooms which will rule out this hotel in the future.) The staff was accomodating, but had to overcome some negatives.

On our main route of travel, clean and friendly staff. No complaints. Good value. Clean andcomfortable bed. Close to restaurants.

Checked in on the late side and front desk was very pleasant and helpful, nice breakfast the next morning and a great view.

The location was great and the personnel was excellent! They worked with us on the parking of the trailer we towed; they answered our questions and were friendly and courteous. By the time we left, we felt like we were leaving family. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Once again, breakfast staff was great.

My wife and I were in the area for a wedding. Sometimes in more rural areas the hotels are not as good as the same hotels in larger cities, but our stay couldn't have been any better. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. tThe front desk staff was very friendly with a can-do attitude. They had a popcorn machine in the lobby with freshly made popcorn. We also took advantage of the free movies available (you can check out DVDs from the front desk). We always missed breakfast because we slept late. They were out of decaf one mroning, but the staff member cleaning the breakfast area went back and made a fresh pot for us. Nice place, nice people.

The Hampton at Hazleton had a pleasant atmosphere and courteous/helpful staff. The view from our room and the outside patio off the dining area was breathtaking. Room setup was great except that the one switch in the bathroom area operated both the light and fan, so the fan (noisy) had to be on whenever you needed the light. Extra pillows and ample supply of towels made it a comfy stay. Room setup offered sitting area, desk area and sleep area, all making the visit work well.

We were greeted by X, who is wonderful, she was indeed very friendly, and a great asset to your company.She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our room was clean and confortable.(Great, SOFT beds.)There seemed to be a full house that night, the breakfast the next morning was good and the ladies did a wonderful job keeping things full and the room clean for the amount of guests that were there.
