It was everythingI expected it would be. The bed was bad,I felt likeI slept between two chairs.

Was with a group of motorcylists riding the mountains and made this hotel our base for the week. They were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Location was great with plently of places to walk for dinner. Rooms were small but clean and the beds are outstanding. Breakfast buffet was first class. For a 2-star hotel, you got above-average service. Only drawback was no fitness room, no coin laundry and a pool that was cloudy and not super-clean looking.

Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and many activities and shopping. Plenty of free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our families will definitely stay here again!

Not an enclosed hotel like I am used to from Hamptonroom was very tiny, but bed was very comfyI thought all Hampton Inns had microwave and fridge in room, this one did not.The location is super if you want to stay in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are spacious, clean and very nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room is always clean. Breakfast buffet is good also. Rooms are advertised overlooking stream and our room was booked with stream but overlooked the parking lot. Other than that, all was great.

Great staff, very clean, and awesome location. Recommend highly. As for price had to list something but it isn't that bad for one or two nights.
