The continental breakfast was wonderful. Mattress was a little hard. The motel was fine. It was clean and having breakfast provided was a big plus. We also took advantage of the treadmills.

The rooms were comfortable and the price was reasonable. We were there for college graduation and not being familiar with Houston, we wanted to stay close to major highways. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel to Rice University and then to downtown. The breakfast on Saturday morning was quite good with French toast, sausage, cereals, muffins, sweet rolls, etc. On Sunday, there were only plain bagels and hard scrambled eggs. The food was not being replenished even though there was another hour left of the breakfast time. Other than that the hotel was in a safe, convenient neighborhood and I would most likely stay there again.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice business center. Bathroom was not very clean, decor was a little outdated. Would definitely stay at this property again. Extremely comfortable bed, nice breakfast with pretty good variety of juices, cereals, breads, etc., easy access to highway, appreciates friendly staff.

The hotel was fine for my weekend trip to Houston. However, there was much noise from construction going on upstairs. The fact that the internet was down in the business center and nobody on staff knew when it would be fixed was also irritating. I'm sure once these things are addressed the hotel will receive great surveys as it is in a great location.

Beds, pillows and comforter. Hot in hallways and elevator. Overall experience was good. No complaints. My preference is Residence Inn, but I would stay there again.

The Hampton Inn was very comfortable. The location was very good it was really only one long block to Downtown,Galleria and there were restaurants very close.

Location was convenient to many places. Strange smell in hallways. Hotel was ok for the price; good location and free wireless internet are good but the hallways had a strange odor.

I loved the view and the bed. The common areas were very hot and musty. The hotel is good. The room is good. The breakfast could have been better if they would have had bacon, eggs, toast, sausage and some heated up microwave pancakes. But what got me was getting dressed and ready in a comfortable cool room and then turning around and suffocating in the hallway, elevator and the hallway again.

Beds were comfortable, clean rooms, clean hotel. Everything was fine. This was a great place to stay. It was conveniently located close to the Galleria Mall. It was a clean, comfortable hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful.

The spacious room. Not their fault but the fire alarm sounded during night. We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and had great amenities including a wonderful down comforter on the king size bed. The complimentary breakfast featured the normal pastries and such but also scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits. Would definitely recommend.

Location, cleanliness. Staff was very rude, and unhelpful, had to call front desk 3x's for rollaway bed. Overall the Hampton Galleria was very nice, the location was swell, and very clean. The room was nice and neat...nothing bad to say about the hotel in general, HOWEVER, the staff was horrible. We were lost and called the front desk, and the man who answered the phone was told us he didn't know, and put us on hold for a long time, when he came back on the line, he forgot he told us to hold. Once we checked in, we asked about a rollaway bed for our 3yr old, or for a double bed room, and again the man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. He rudely told us to 'wait' he was working w/ someone at the front desk?! We felt like we were getting 2nd class treatment...was it because we had a discounted room?! None the less, I'm normally not one to submit feedback, but the staff we encountered at the Hampton Inn was not helpful, and rude...but the hotel was nice.

Extremely clean and friendly staff. N/A This hotel is a treasure tucked away in a quiet area near the Galleria, yet nearby all area attractions. The staff was friendly and the hotel was extremely well kept. The beds were unbelievably comfortable - great pillows and sheets. This is THE BEST hotel I've stayed in in this price range. I will definitely be back!!!
