It was good hotel, great rooms, great service, many good resturants within 1 mile radius. The only thing that needs improvement is that they need a ATM machine and DVD players in the room or some you can rent.

Rooms are very clean staff very friendly, the location is great, it central location gives you access to shopping and close to Oklahoma line ( we enjoy the casino's at the state lines ) there are so many restaurants with in minutes. Hot tub was relaxing after a afternoon of running around. I would recommend the Hampton in Fort Smith location and hospitality is great.

I stayed at this hotel for a drama tournament, I did not get to see much of it because I was in a hurry, elevators were really slow, all was great except for that resturant called Logan's, staff was really rude, I did not get my order I had to run back to get my order and this one lady was really rude to me, I would reccomend to stay in the nice hotel just don't eat at Logan's I would not reccommend that resturant but overall hotel was great.

The Hampton Inn was just a one night stay for me. I traveled into town to visit my husbands grandmother who has recently been moved to a Nursing home nearby and her health was failing fast. My room was extremely comfortable and clean, the staff was considerate and friendly. I called up to make sure my room wouldn't be given away if I wasn't there by 4pm, wanting to spend as much time with grandma as possible. The lady who answered was very polite and confirmed my room would still be available. I will use this Hampton Inn on all my visit's to see Grandma, knowing that through this stressfull time of her being ill I at least will know that I have a comfortable and clean place to stay. The location was perfect and there were many places to choose from to dine. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to sleep in a comfortable bed after a exhausting day of driving and the stress of personal issues.

I travel a great deal for business and stay mainly at Hampton hotels and this is the best one I've stayed at. Nice rooms, great gym, lots of extras including an indoor swimming pool and reading room.

This is one of the best Hampton Inn's I have stayed at. It has been renovated from inside out, the rooms are great and it has the best business center a traveling business person could ask for! A model property for the rest of Hampton Inn's!

I stay at least 50 nights a year in a hotel because of my job. This is without hesitation one of the very best I've stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, the lobby looks like one in a 5-star hotel. The staff is incredible. If I have to go anywhere within an hour of Ft. Smith, I make my reservations here - it's worth the drive.
