I was very impressed with my room, The staff at the Hampton when I checked in was outstanding. After traveling on the plane from Detroit I was tired when I got to the Hotel. There were no unnecessary delays while checking in.

Very friendly staff. No complaints. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times, things haven't been perfect, but the staff has always made things right. I will stay there every time I'm in Fayetteville on Business.

Smoky Non-Smoking RoomA/C Didn't WorkShower never got hot.Usually have good experience, but couldn't wait to get up and out of this one the next morning

This Hampton Inn was not up to the standards of other Hampton Inns. It had outside entries to the rooms, with poor weather stripping under the doors. Mosquitoes took over the room when we carried in our luggage. Humidity poured in under the door, which made sleeping sticky and uncomfortable. The sheets felt damp because of it. The bed was lumpy and hard. The first room had a broken air conditioner so we moved. Once we got settled into the 2nd room, we noticed the humidity problem. It was really late, the children were exhausted, so we made due. None of us slept well. On the up side, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. They did say they were going to contact you all about getting a refund for us since we were not happy with our stay. I'm hoping that will be taken care of soon.

Excellent room with nice bedding and pillows. Originally had smoking room but changed by management to non smoking. This hotel is a nice upscale hotel. The room was clean. The bedding was pretty nice. A good comforter and nice quality pillows. It also had nice extras, wireless internet, cable, continental breakfast with a good variety of items, breakfast in a bag for you if you are a business person and have to hurry out. Good selection of juices, coffee, and tea. Staff pretty friendly. Location appeared to be in a safe area, and it had a few restaraunts like ruby Tuesday just outside your door.

Your hotel stay I think all comes down to how well you slept. The mattresses were horrible. very hard.Woke up many times.Sore back and hips.My daughter and family also had a room and she started complaining to me about the beds before I did.Would not stay there again. Otherwise the rooms and hotel were nice.We stayed in a Hampton on the way down to Florida and the beds were great. I was hoping that Hamptons got all their mattresses from the same place. Guess not.

I was traveling from Va. to Fla. and decided to break up my trip at the half way point. Upon arriving at the Hampton Inn,Fayetteville,NC. No indoor hallways and no elevator. Very uncomfortable feeling when you have been traveling, and it is late at night.I proceeded to check in and then went to dinner. Upon return from dinner,I went to use the bathroom and realized that the room had not been cleaned, there were soiled towels and the soap was stuck to the dish!!!In fact the previous guest had left some of his hair behind in the sink, along with his room cards. I called the front desk and told them of my findings. They said, you checked in a while ago and you are now just calling?I explained that I had gone to dinner and just discovered my room was not exceptable. Was told to come get new keys to the room that was next door, that, that room was availiable. A quick sorry and come get new keys?? I think that this was unexceptable customer service and I beg to differ with anyone who believes that it was.

This hotel was great. Pool small but very nice. They had an ice cream social by the pool one day which was really nice. All in all great value.

The hotel staff was friendly from the beginning. It was in a safe clean location. It had two small spiders that came in from outdoors. The hotel was very pleasing. My family was satisfied with the appearance and cleanliness. The staff was friendly from the beginning to the end. We felt as though we picked a very safe location.

Although the accomodations were very comfortable and the staff was friendly, we had several problems with the keys opening our door. We had to go back to the desk several times to have them rekeyed and that was somewhat frustrating. Everything else was more than satisfactory and I look forward to staying there again.

Very clean. My room was to fare from front office. Very well located in the area.

Clean and comfortable. Outside entrances. Great place to stay, great location to restaurants and easy access to interstate.

Breakfast and staff. No hot water. Arrive at midnight, hotel did not have hot water room was wrong size and all light ways in room did not work.

The staff was great and the room was nice. I didn't really like that the hotel had doors leading directly outside like a motel 6 it made me feel less safe. The room was very nice as was the staff. the bathroom needed some work and the furniture was a little outdated and unnecessary, for example, there was a dresser, but no desk. My room was on the second floor by the pool (which the pool looked nice) and getting to my room was very difficult as there were no stairs anywhere near my room. Further this was unlike any Hampton in that i had ever stayed at, in that the doors to the rooms opened directly outdoors that made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Convenient to Interstate 95. Free internet access. Adequate breakfast buffet included. Outside stairs and entrances to rooms; expected slightly more modern facilities from a Hampton Inn.
Date of Stay:

This hotel is adequate. That is, it has a bed, a TV, and a bathroom. Not your typical Hampton. Hotel has a very motel feel to it. No interior hallways are a big minus in my book.
Date of Stay:

Smoking room. The person on the desk was not helpful at all I said that I needed a non smoking room because of a small child. He offered no options and did not care in the least. He said he does this everyday.
Date of Stay:

Close to interstate, dining. Room set up, availability of 2-bed room. My travel partner and I were unable to get a room with 2 beds (room did have a pull out couch). No refrigerator in our room, although was told that some rooms do have them. Only one set of outlets available for charging computers/phones/etc., and was located near door, not close to bed/couch.
Date of Stay:

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was fine. Toilet had a bad job of caulking around the bottom, looked dirty, though it wasn't. This was fine for a one or two night stay where you are more interested in touring the town, than hanging out at the hotel (which is what we do).
