Staff and rooms. Abit pricey for Syracuse. Clean, friendly and convenient.

The hotel was easy to find off the interstate. When we entered the building a staff member was at the desk ready to help. The room was a good size and rooms were somewhat clean.

My wife and I visit Syracuse 2 or 3 times a year and thought we would try the Hampton Inn at Carrier Circle. We know the area fairly well and found it centrally located for all of our dining choices and shopping. We were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary and had a dinner planned at Skaneateles about 20 miles from the hotel and found it an easy drive. There was variety to the 'hot' breakfast every morning and there were chocolate chip cookies to take to your room in the evening. All in all an excellent place to stay. I would stay here again.

Location. A little tired. Decent, clean hotel with complimentary hot breakfast, good location and friendly staff.

This is the BEST bang for the buck! Comfy beds/pillows, clean rooms, great customer service and down-to-earth staff. Free breakfast is more than you would expect from most places. My husband and I will come back here each time we visit family and friends.

Hampton at Syrcuse was very comfortable with comfy beds with nice soft pillows. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
