Conveniently located downtown-close to the Greyhound station and amtrk station as well as to the circle center for food and shopping. Friendly and helpful hotel staff, especially those in the restaurant where a very good com[limentary breakfast is served daily.

Bed is comfortable. Room was somewhat clean....pubic hairs on bathroom floor. No hot water second day of stay. Took a 30.00 deduction from bill. Won't be back.

"The new beds and the breakfast were the best features of this hotel. The downsides were you could here the guests walking in the room above alot, and very slow valet parking"

Near the conference facility, free continental breakfast and it had a workout facility. Room was not non-smoking, there was a cigarette odor. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis. Hum of air conditioner was a bit loud. Overall, the room was comfortable and the stay waspleasant.

The staff was great and the breakfast of biscuits and gravy was too. The room was a little small but everything was great about it. Only a couple of blocks from the RCA dome where the game was. Great

The bed was very comfortable. The room was smaller than we expected, but we didn't really mind. The hotel was conveniently located and our room was very clean.

Location was great. Charged me for parking. Overall a nice hotel in a great spot downtown. Staff was friendly, the breakfast and coffee were good and the bed was really comfortable compared to some other hotels I have stayed in.

"The Hampton has a great location in downtown Indy. It is right next door to the big shopping mall. The Hard Rock Cafe is across the street, and BW3's is in the same building. It's also within 2 blocks of the RCA dome, civil war monument, and other downtown attractions. The rooms are basic but nice, and the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was nice. Parking was $12 a day, but thats about what it is in any downtown Indy hotel. It's a slightly cheaper alternative to the more expensive hotels in the same area."

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. They forgot to reset the elevators after the fire alarm went off. This hotel is convenient to entertainment and restaurants. In the center of all that is happening in the evening. Very comfortable room, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Only problem is we had to climb six flights of stairs in the wee hours of the morning because the elevators were still stuck in the lobby after the fire alarm went off earlier in the evening. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Free high speed Internet access. Air assist toilet was noisy. free breakfast buffet with at least one or two hot entries open 6-10am. free high speed Internet access. If you don't have a computer, there's free access PC in the business center. We had the king size suite so we had two TV's, king size bed in one room, sofa in the other, which is handy if you're traveling with kids and want to get some work done. Staff was friendly and efficient. This was our third stay at this hotel. The only non-family friendly problem was that a number of nearby eateries don't allow kids, since city has regs prohibiting kids in places which allow smoking.
