We went to a Cleveland Indians baseball game. We walked to the House of Blues for dinner before the game. The next day we walked to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel is in a great location for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with maps and locations. I suggest paying $18 for the Valet Service - No hassle parking.

Very friendly employees who were very helpful and pleasant. It had no jacuzzi rooms and no bar/ lounge. I had a very nice stay here. The employeees were helpful and informative. Wish it would of had more to offer as far as having things to do there. The weather was bad and it would of been nice to stay there and do things instead of having to walk the streets. Very clean and would stay there again. Again cant say enough about the employees.

Great location if you want to do things downtown. Room was clean but small. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired.

Within walking distance to all of the sports venues in Cleveland. A wonderful place to stay for a quick weekend. Great staff and continental breakfast included. Can't beat the price.

Their staff was AWESOME! No fridge. Our hotel stay here was very nice. The staff from the front desk to guys who parked the car went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. They allowed us to keep the car parked in the parking garage while we enjoyed the baseball game.

Easy to find, great location, friendly staff!!! My daughter and I stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Quicken Loan Arena. It was a short, safe walk from the hotel to the arena. At check in the desk clerks inquired about our visit and were quick to give us a detailed map of downtown and highlighted the best walking route to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended.

Location. The staff was not knowledgeable about major local attractions, staff lacked helpfulness with valet parking, etc.

The Hampton Inn downtown Cleveland had the most comfortable beds! It was almost as good as being at home. I slept great every night and usually I have a hard time sleeping. I recently stayed at a very high end hotel in Vegas and the beds were not half as comfortable as these.

It was a very convenient place to stay while we visited a couple of places in Cleveland including the wonderful Cleveland Orchestra.

Great continental breakfast. Parking fees. Located was near many good restaurants or a short, inexpensive taxi ride away. In the heart of downtown. Friendly staff.

I was surprised that this hotel was really clean. I liked the fact that all the bed covers where white, which made me feel that this hotel had nothing to hide by using the printed ones; I slept like a baby.

The Hampton Inn Cleveland is very centrally located to downtown Cleveland. The room was clean and quiet. They offered a great breakfast buffet and even had to go bags for those that had little time to sit and eat. Each evening, warm baked cookies were available as well. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Location. No complaints. Convenient to Downtown Cleveland, clean, courteous personnel.

Very friendly and courteous employees. Excellent curb service as I drove up. Take advantage of the valet parking. Room was super clean and beautiful. Huge and totally comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast included eggs! Nice walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Great Lakes Science Center. Both ""must see"" places. Most restaurants are a long walk or a short drive to the west. Water Street Brewery was an excellent restaurant for us. I would definately stay here again.

First reason it was close to the Stadium where the Kenny Chesney concert was held. Second reason was so we could walk to whatever we decided to do afterwards and not fight traffic in our car. We later discovered everything in that area closes early and our hotel had no restaurant. Our dinner for the evening was a bag of pretzels. On a positive note, our beds were very comfortable and the check in and out and valet service were very efficient.

Convenient to downtown. Breakfast was very poor. Breakfast was very poor, had zero hot food available, ran out, also ran out of donuts and fruit, plus u had to pay extreme rate for parking, 15.00 used. in a parking deck a block away and there rate was only 5.00 used a day.

"We visited Cleveland to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - the hotel is on the street leading directly to the HOF, a (long) 4-5 block walk. Very convenient! Hotel in walking distance of everything to see in downtown Cleveland. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet (included). Hotel clean and in excellent condition. Paying for hotel parking OK by me, I'm from NYC area."

Hampton Inn in downtown Cleveland is steps away from the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame and other attractions. I loved my stay.
