This is a new property and it shows. Beautiful rooms and guest areas. Great complimentary breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Loved location -- directly across from Camden Yards, near UM and short walk to Inner Harbor. Recommend highly and will definiely stay here again.

Great, friendly staff. Allowed me to check-in early (got in around noon), and were very helpful with any questions I had. Gotta love the free breakfast, which was different each day (i loved the french toast sticks), and also had "to go" breakfasts, great for conferences. Also, cookies in the evening- a pleasant surprise! Fitness center was adequate, pool smaller than expected. Rooms clean and pretty new. Noisy at times because next to 2 bars and Camden Yards. But overall, a great hotel walkable to convention center and inner harbor. Very happy!

First time staying here but it is new -- maybe a year old. Met and exceeded our expectations. Common areas and rooms tastefully done. Located directly across from ball park and easy walk to harbor. Staff pleasant and helpful. Appreciated the fact there was visible secuirty guard at night. We enjoyed our stay VERY much.

The room of hampton inn-camden yard is very large, as well as the bathroom. The room is comfortable and clean. I love the marbel counter top in the bathroom. This hotel is right by the Camden yard and there are several pub just right by the hotel or within 1 block distance. It's about 2 block away from the MTA. They serve complimentary fresh breakfest. I had fress-made biscuit topped with crumble egg, cheese, and bacon....

This is a brand new property and a great place to stay. It is directly across from Camden Yards and an easy walk to the Inner Harbor. The decor from the lobby to the rooms is attractive and far above what I expected. The rooms were wonderful: bedding and seating VERY comfortable. The bathroom was A+. The staff was friendly and an all night security force was on duty. Price includes ""Hampton Inn"" breakfast which was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.
