The staff was nice and personable. There was some confusion about the shuttle to the Port of Miami because this hotel works with a private contractor. The Hampton Inn Corp. allows transport to the Miami Airport, but not to Port of Miami to the cruise ships, which I don't understand and its something the Corp. should revisit. The room was cool and ready for me when I arrived, and the room was better than I expected. The air conditioner in the elevator was not on, that's my only complaint.

I was able to check my email, and they had a lovely breakfast. The jack hammer that was running when I got there. A wonderful place to spend the night before an early flight after staying in a tiny cabin on a ship for a week prior. Quiet. A short walk from a good sushi place, just what I needed. The staff could be a little more knowledgeable about the area however.

Our family never stayed here even though we had a reservation number. Unfortunately I left this number at home, and because of this, they told us we had no room booked with them, but later they billed us anyway!Their customer service has provided no help, and theyl have refused to credit back the payment they stole from me. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL AND ALL HAMPTON INNS, AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST IN HONOURING RESERVATIONS AND HAVE ACTED FRAUDULENTLY!

Stayed here during my IIE conference. It was nice, good size, clean. My bathroom was brand new and spacious. Decently sized flat screen TV. My stay and everything else was great, but my only complaint is the towels had sort of a funny smell.

Continental breakfast. Hair in the bathroom. Great location but was not thoroughly cleaned.

not good the guy @ the front desk when we were checking in was very , very rude! i dont think he likes his job he was playing in the computer we arrived very late around 2 am. This was not the hampton inn i had in mind! I was talking about the one in Doral by the 102 and 41st ave. i got this one by mistake.

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a very strong musty odor to it. Overall the hotel was very nice and very east to get to from Miami International Airport. They could use to install dehumidifiers in the rooms to cut down on the odor that was clearly due to moisture. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on a budget.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, good shuttle service, good rooms and breakfast. Overall a good experience, with nearby local restaurants. Not convenient for local transport, rent a car for downtown travel.

The Hampton Inn Miami Airport was very comfortable. I liked my room, and enjoyed the amenities, especially the internet connection. I liked the location, which allowed me to visit with friends, go shopping and find great restaurants. The staff was very kind and professional. I very much appreciate the fact that I was allowed to delay my check-out time. The only negative note was to not have a microwave or a small refrigerator in the room. This however does not affect the very positive experience I had with Hampton Inn Miami Airport.
