Stayed one night to see a football game. Good staff, nice and clean lobby, room, and excercise room. Well stocked breakfast and easy check out. Would stay here again.

The all around friendliness of the staff and workers. I felt very safe and this hotel was just what we needed. We were their for a soccer tournament and the people were very knowledgable of the locations of various places around town and with the directions to the different games for us.

This is a nice property. We had an evening layover at DFW and wanted to be a bit further from airport than Hotel Row. Staff was excellent, room clean and beds very comfortable. Continental breakfast better than most.

Everything was so clean and the staff was excellent, so was the breakfast! I loved everything about my stay, just wish it was longer. Excellent from check in to check out just wish I could have stayed longer. I would love to stay there again. It so wonderful I didn't even want to leave my room.

The Hampton Inn @ Los Colinas was decent for Business travel, room was comfortable with the additional benefit of having an upgraded linen line. The hotel location was not condusive to dining within walking distance, and given the relative proximity to DFW I was dissappointed to find there was no shuttle service to the airport, but the breakfast buffet was very nice as were all of the staff.

Our stay was nice, but had a little confusion checking in on Friday, but other than that OK. I would come back to stay, when in the area again. Breakfast was wonderful!!

The hotel was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel was excellent!

The location was great. When we arrived a waterman had broken and we had no water for about 6 hours. The staff did provide bottled water. We were placed in smoking rooms and did not have non smoking available. Room odor was bad but they did come with refresher and it helped a little. Smoking really aggravated my grandsons allergies.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. When I checked in, the water was shut off due to a water mane that had broken. Everything was great, except for the fact that we had no water to use when we arrived.

The hot free breakfast. Nothing. I liked the atmosphere, and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. And less not forget, the FREE hot breakfast!

It seemed to have improved its stuff from my experiences for Hampton Inns. The night clerk (We got there late) was crabby. Overall, it was a good experience. Good place.
