The staff was very friendly. Check-in times were convenient. I was not in my room most of my stay and did not take advantage of the breakfast, pool or other ameneties, but the room itself was comfortable with a nice desk/closet area.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The thin walls. Children 3 rooms away were heard clearly. The location is simply to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely a great stay!

We were 7 days into an 8 day road trip and called this hotel from our vehicle. We had stayed at a Hampton Inn the night before in Maryland and were very pleased. The person who took my call was very accommodating.The room was very clean, the bed....heaven. The front desk staff always smiling. Even the continental breakfast was wonderful, there were hot eggs and biscuits/gravy!This location was difficult to locate...need a higher sign. We drove up and down the highway a few times and we had the Hampton Inn directory with maps!On the down side, we noticed in both locations that the air conditioners were very loud when they kicked on during the night. It was in the mid 90's outside but quieter is preferred.

My son and his family live only a mile away, so it is very convenient to stay at Cranberry Hampton Inn. We like the ample and varied complimentary breakfast. Our room was handicapped equipped, which really wasn't necessary although my wife had osteoarthritis of the knees, and we would have liked to have had a small sofa or easy chair. However being on the first floor and near the entrance was a plus.

Great place to stay, clean, friendly, very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone (business or leisure) going to the Pittsburg area. Room was very comfortable and clean, swimming pool was clean, breakfast was hot and delicious. Awesome place.

This time was very convenient as we were on the first floor just down from the office. My wife is crippled with osteoarthritis and the short walks to the breakfast room and out to the car, made for a n easier time. The Hotel is the nearest to our son's house who lives in Cranberry West estates so we are only a few minutes away. I would like to have two suitcase stands, there was only one in the room. The breakfasts that are made available are great!

Comfortable room, professional staff, breakfast. Bathroom needs fan to help de-fog mirror after shower. My family stayed overnight here. The experience was pleasant and fun. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. We will stay here again.

Just off Freedom road, it was very convenient for us to get to shopping, restaurants,and visit with family in the area. We especially enjoyed the complete complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I like the thermostatic controls in the room. Soundproffing between rooms is very good. Hotel staff very accommodating. Maid service very good.
