Date of Stay:

This Hampton is convenient to my activities and sight-seeing in Colorado Springs.

Pool was heated, great location, quiet rooms. Priceline rates this as a two star hotel, however, I think the ranking should be higher. The rooms were clean and even though the hotel was very crowded, the room was quiet. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed at this Hampton Inn for 2 nights. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Our biggest complaint was the noise. There were two busloads of teenage band members in town for a competitiion and they were yelling down the halls and partying in the halls/rooms until late at night. What upset us the most was the lack of response when we called the front desk asking management to deal with the unruly teens. They ignored our complaints---totally unacceptable! We actually had to go to their rooms and the hallway ourselves and deal with the situation before it stopped. This is not what paying customers should have to do in order to get some sleep. If you want to stay here, recommend you call ahead of time to see if any "potentially loud" groups coincide with your stay.

Location is great. It was undergoing remodeling. I wouldn't have stay there had I known. Luckily, we were there over a weekend, so the construction was not in full swing. Our floor was dusty & warmer than the others. Location was great, but there are others right there that I would have gone to had I known about the remodeling.

I was pleasantly suprised by our stay. We were part of a large group (wedding), and many of us had never been to Co. Springs before. Staff helped with directions. Housekeeping staff seemed to come either too early or somewhat late, but at least you know the room is being cleaned. Breakfast was better than I expected. Beds were great. Close to interstate and plenty of eating places. No fitness room onsite, but partnership with local fitness club--it was great, although a little far from hotel.

Loved the bed with white down comforter and super quiet. Shower was dirty. Great hotel for the price. We were just looking for a quiet night away without kids. Room was super quiet, couldn't hear anything from outside, hallways or surrounding rooms.

Comfortable, clean, convenient to area attractions and yet quiet. The bed was too high for short people and no step stool to climb into the bed. I always love staying at the Hampton because we have always found them to be clean and comfortable. The new beds are great except that for short people, getting in and out of them is quite a chore. As usual, the hot breakfasts are a wonderful addition to the comfortable rooms.

Sausage and scrambled egg breakfast. Can't think of anything. Excellent.

The staff went above and beyond to be accomodating. They had a hot continental breakfast and a snack waiting in our room for when we got there. nothing Excellent. Above a regular 2 star quality hotel. They think of the little extra touches that make a big difference in the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Nice rooms and the free breakfast they serve is fantastic. The hotel pool was supposed to be heated; it was not. I don't give out many perfect 10's, but if the hotel pool had been heated, like I expected, this stay might have rated one. The room was nice, there were good restaurants within walking distance and the free breakfast was the best I've seen in a hotel. And if you get a room on the south side, you get a great view of Pike's Peak. I saved $64 per night off the rack rate, but they treated me like I paid full price. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Clean hotel, friendly atmosphere, breakfast included. They forgot our wake up call. Great Hotel, very clean. I called three day in advance to reserve a non smoker room with king-sized bed. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a lot of feature and space. The breakfast is included in the fare. Buffet style. Lot of choice. Great gourmet coffee. An employee was making sure to keep the buffet full. We asked for a wake-up call. They forgot us. I talked to the front desk about it. Overall. great experience.

Excellent value, free breakfasts, free high speed Internet. Could not contact front desk by phone This was an excellent value. Although we stayed at a substantial discount we were treated just like any other guest. The free breakfasts and free high speed Internet was great. They even provided a roll away bed at no extra charge. Very satisfying experience.

Received more than what was expected by group The hotel was not ready to check us inn (had to go away 2 times before checking inn) Dislike: We were turned away 2 times before checking inn, the reservation was not secured (i felt like if there would have not been any rooms, we would have been looking for another hotel)Likes: Service was good, breakfast was awsome, location was good, and security was good. Hotel needs wider parking spaces to protect vehicles from dents that other cars may cause.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. A hot tub would be nice. Good location to the Colorado Springs area, excellent staff and very clean facilities.
