I was on a last minute buisness trip where i didnt arrive in at the hotel until late the night of check in the staff took my information and handed me the key to the room but i was expecting there not to be a room anymore i have had it happen to me many times were i show up late and the room my secretary reserves for me was gone it was amazing and the room was spotless one of the few hotels in which i can actually say this

Very friendly staff. Thought pull out sofa was a little worn looking, needs replaced. Great cookies and breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean.

This hotel is newer and nice, but it is considerably overpriced for what it is and where it is, and the pool is tiny, about the size of an overgrown bathtub - I won't stay here again - for the money you can get a clean room with a better pool in the area

I just like Hamptons. Wish they would have kept their snacks out all day, especially after our long drive.

My daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved this hotel. The beds, comforters and pillows were so comfy! They were the best - and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. We thought that the staff was super friendly, and the girls loved the fresh, hot cookies everyday around 5pm. The indoor pool and fitness room were nice and clean. There is breakfast served every morning, and coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available around the clock in the lobby. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back when we return to Carbondale. We had previously stayed at an older motel in Carbondale, and this experience was SO much better!

I loved the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was hard to find the street that the hotel was located when we first arrived this could have been because we arrived during the night. This hotel was very clean and had a wonderful interior design. The hotel staff was very friendly even going out their way to help me find a restaurant in Carbondale, IL. The rooms were very nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend others to stay that this hotel.

The staff here is very friendly. We didn't get the room we asked for, but we easily got money back for our trouble, and the beds are very comfortable and everything is nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I like the atmosphere of the Hampton, the beds were very comfortable. I didn't like the fact that there was a stain in the bath tub that I couldn't get ride of. Overall, I enjoy staying at the Hampton inn in Carbondale. I have a son at suit and whenever I go to visit him, I try my best to book the Hampton inn because I know that it will be a pleasant experience!
