I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, as well as the quality linens. Breakfast buffet had a large assortment of items, and we enjoyed it!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Spent practically the whole 20 hours in the room due to my daughter being sick. Very loud upstairs - think it was kids running and running. I'd stay here again but would look to get a king size bed.

The Hampton Inn Brattleboro far exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean and the staff were professional. The room had free wireless and wired high speed internet. Beds were comfortable, and the staff was prompt and friendly. The free breakfast also exceeded my expectations, they had a selection of hot items and fruit in addition to the traditional continental breakfast items. Very convenient to highway and to ski resorts. I will be staying here again next season, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were good size and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well kept. There are several dining choices in the area. The hotel staff was great. After a long day of work we arrived at the hotel and watched game 1 of the NBA finals in the hotel common room. GO CELTICS!!! Great flat screen tv and very comfortable chairs and couches. Hotel staff dimmed the lighting and were very helpful all week. This is where you want to stay!

Ambience, cleanliness, well-appointed rooms. This hotel met all our needs. It is clean, well-maintained, and is an excellent place to stay for a night or more.

We have stayed here before and judged the facility "ok." I now have reservations for March and have received multiple snipits of information re: the reservation. First they had it, then a letter from Hilton said they were no longer affiliated, staff knew nothing re: this although we were told to "call immediately." Next tried to cancel reservation and "sleeping" front desk stay answered the phone at 6:00 a.m. and didn't even know what time it was. Called again and was told "There is no reservation for you in our computer on any of the nights you are confirming for," then received a confirmation from Hilton for that same reservation. This morning I changed the reservation (figured I still had it, so I might as well book it correctly) and then called to confirm w/front desk? You guessed it......the reservation was never cancelled by "sleepy Joe" that took my first call. It will be interesting to see if I have a bed or not?

On a quick trip for my daughters college graduation - passed up hotels closer to the school, because I knew I could trust Hampton, especially with the extended family in tow (parents, siblings, grandparents, in-laws, etc), and I wasn't let down. The rooms I booked were ready at check-in, had recently been remodeled, were clean, comfortable (the new beds were fantastic), and had all the necessary conveniences. The staff was very freindly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The king bed was a back killer. Back so sore in the morning I could not bend to wash my feet in the shower. The management has a cheap attitude, skimping on ammenities like towels, ctc. No DVD/VCR

The bed was so bad my partner and I had pain in the back. The bathroom had a bad smell. The reception were rarely there and poorly welcoming. The alarm was still on so we woke early. Cleanliness has to improve. The second day the fire alarm woke us up for a burning toast!!! And last forever. Nobody told us we can go back to our room.

Called ahead on arrival day to indicate we would be late and to ask for 2 extra pillows. Was told that there ""were none"". Asked to assure that there would be at least 4--2 for each of us. When we arrived-found only 3. Complained and told there were ""no more available"". Complained on the way out and was told manager would be informed. No offer of compensation was made and no apology or explanation given. Customer service is non-existent.
