Hampton Inn was comfortable and clean. Staff were responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfasts were really good. The pool was too cold. No fridge in room. The hotel staff was unwilling to give our large family two rooms near each other, which made life harder than it needed to be!

This was a rewards stay, and now we wish we'd paid to stay somewhere else. The hotel was difficult to find, even with the directions printed directly off of their own website. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom was mold-covered with wallpaper peeling off. The heater/AC unit was so loud when it kicked on, it woke me up every single time. There are serious issues with noise, and you could hear every door open and close, every other toilet flush and other showers turning on/off. The maid's cart desparately needs WD-40. You could hear it coming from the time it got off the elevator. When I complained to the front desk at checkout, their only response was, "We'll try to give you a better room next time."

This hotel worked for my family and me. It was about a 15-20 minute ride to downtown Boston with the highway easily accessible. The actual location of the hotel is a little unusual. The road it is on is more of a business park and the view from our hotel window was of the factory next door. Once we got used to the street, we thought the location was great. It was convenient to a shopping mall and TGIFridays. The breakfast served was great. They offered hot food and muffins, bagels, cereals and fruit. It was nice because that was one less meal we had to worry about, especially because we were travelling with kids.

Clean, comfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Very nice hotel; clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

My Son and I had to attend open house for Colleges, the hotel was nice, but in a bad location, no decent restaurtants. Not in a nice neighborhood.

Very clean pristine white bed sheets and comfortable sleep. Beds are too high for an average height person to sit and might be difficult for an older person to get in bed. Excellent breakfast. Shuttle service failed to pick us up from the metro twice for two nights of stay. First time, we were told that the shuttle works until 10 pm but when we called them at 9:30 pm that night, we were told that they worked until 5 pm and suggested to take a taxi. Holiday Inn shuttle picked us up. The next day, the shuttle came and left without us picking somebody else from a different spot so we didn't see them coming at all. After we spoke with staff about this, we were given many exuses and no apology. Both nights we were late to enjoy a jacuzzi and indoor swim pool because it closed at 10 pm. Bad smelling manufacture is located next to the hotel, and view from the window was at multiple pipes and ducts on the roof of the little plant.

Mostly attentive staff. Excellent location for my needs. Upon arrival, we found it difficult to get food delivered. The staff was not helpful. Very well located for my needs. Clean rooms, some helpful and attentive staff.

The Hampton Inn/Braintree was a pleasure to stay at once we found it. Kind of hard to locate. Perfect for going by subway into Boston. Parking garage and T station was about 5 minutes by car and easy to get to. Perfect!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice from locating restaurants to booking for another night without a reservation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice breakfast. Directions from MSN Live no good. Motel has poor location. Very nice motel. Pick up and return from BeanTown Trolley at front door.

We were pleased with the hotel in every way but one: a snippy clerk at the front desk who refused to make an effort to find us a space to change clothes for Harvard graduation. (We arrived two hours earlier than the posted check-in time.) My husband walked up and down halls and found an empty conference room and we used that with the clerk's grudging permission. She was training another person at the time and setting a very poor example for him in her cavalier treatment of us. Other hotel employees were polite and helpful. When we finally got into our room it was lovely, beds super comfortable, bathroom spotless as was the bedroom. . Convenience of a shuttle was provided from the hotel to the train into Boston. Good breakfast was provided in the morning with a considerable variety of foods offered, and a pleasant dining room in which to eat.

Great pool/hot tub. We loved the pool area and complimentary breakfast. The shuttle to the T and mall was very helpful.

Everything was as expected and when I got there the check in was smooth. The check out was very quick and painless. The hotel did not seem to be brimming with guests so we felt relaxed and enjoyed a quiet stay. Only there one night so don't have much more to comment on.

Although not really a great location - but also not a bad location - this was simply a very well maintained, comfortable hotel. Other than a door key that needed to be recoded, I had no other problems.

Clean and convenient. No restaurant. Hampton Inn was clean and convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I love the bed! Awesome! Not convenient to get to. I enjoyed my stay there tremendously. Again, the bed was my favorite part. Very comfortable for my bad back.

I loved that the shuttle will take you and/or pick you up anywhere within a 4 mile radius. There is a factory beside the hotel and it gives off a smell that at times during the day you can smell in the halls of the hotel. This hotel is located 5 minutes from the South Shore mall which has dining and shopping. One stops everything you need which was very convenient. I was very impressed with the breakfast every morning (I spent 3 nights) and the staff was super friendly. The thing I enjoyed most was the shuttle. It will take you anywhere or pick you up anywhere within a 4 mile radius which includes the mall, dining, and the T (Subway). The pool and hot tub was very clean and quite enjoyable. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and will definitely stay there again as I travel to Boston often.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little worn looking. The check-in process was very speedy. The room itself was immaculate. The bathroom was clean, although it looked a little old and tired. We were just using the hotel as a place to stay for the night, so it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location was convenient to all of the highways, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in the Braintree, MA area.

Loved the beds, and clean rooms, and the rooms were very quiet, could not here the outside world! Nothing really, wished I had longer to stay! Very clean and great bed! Very quiet, no noise from the outside world. Nice pool! Breakfast was okay, staff very friendly. Loved it and hope to go back there again someday! LOVED the showers too, lots of room, and lots of hot water and pressure, and you couldn't here the other rooms around you!
