It was relaxing and nice. Could barely hear the traffic or the T outside my windows. Wish they would have told me about the thermostat so I was not freezing in my room it took me going to the front desk to have it figured out. Breakfast was great. Staff was not always at the front desk and no way to get anyone there I waited for five minutes to check in. Overall I would definetly stay there again.

Breakfast area floor wassticky. Clean, well kept room, convenient to Boston with T - stop just a very short walk from front of hotel. Best of all no parking fee.

Great location near the subway with free parking in the garage.

Good location a block from the end of the Green Line and two blocks from a huge modern mall. Friendly, helpful staff. Big rooms, super breakfast buffet, working internet. We couldn't ask for more.

The Subway station was across the street. It was easy to use. I would spend the money to stay in Boston. We walked everywhere. Boston is a nice place to visit.

Internet access in the room. Internet plug-in access only (not a network). Exceeded expectations. Would stay there again. My only suggestion would be to offer more vegetarian/vegan breakfast offerings such as soy milk.

"Had a wonderful time. Plus, I wonderful experience."

We stayed here one night in order to see Dave Matthews Band at Fenway Park. The Green Line T station is right across the street, making it super easy to get to Fenway, or anywhere else really. Friendly staff, free garage parking and breakfast included made this place a no-brainer for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend...

Covered parking. Cleanliness of bathroom. Overall, good value for location, a little disappointed with underground parking garage, relatively small, and if we arrived 15 minutes later we would have been shut out from this parking facility.

The Hamoton Inn is very close (1 block) from the "T" which can get you just about anywhere in Boston. The room was small but comfortable. The free breakfast had standard fare and was a plus. The locations was close to a local mall which had several dining options beyond the basic food court. One improvement would be to include a mini-refrigerator in the room.

We were in Boston for a graduation. The Hampton Inn was a good value with clean rooms. I felt the room was smaller than I expected.

The rooms are large with very comfortable beds. The beds and comforters are wonderful. I slept well from the first night. The rooms are large and nicely appointed and the staff was helpful. I like the location as it is very close to the "T" but do not expect to spend time at the window, the views are of industry only. There is coffee and tea available at all hours which is especially nice when arriving back late at night.

"Free parking and proximity to a T station was what drew us to this hotel. Were pleasantly surprised to find that it was also within a 5 min. walk to the Galleria Mall that had The Cheescake Factory. The hotel had a generous continental breakfast. When we got back to the hotel we were able to get free coffee or tea. The location seemed safe and we were able to get back on to I-93 when he headed home. Room was a little small and if you don't want to hear street traffic, pay a bit more for a room on the bay side. But neither made much of a difference to us."

The location was almost right across the street from a T stop - making it easy to take the subway to anywhere in Boston, just a few minutes away from downtown Boston. A couple of issues with the hotel - we had to ask for washcloths and when they came (after we had left the hotel for the day - more than 1/2 hour after our request), they were crumpled up on the counter - looked like they had been used. Also, our wake up call (for 4:00 - for an early flight out of Logan) never came.

This hotel is a good place to stay while visiting the Boston area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Parking was free. Public transit was across the street. Taxi service was accommodating. A shopping mall was 5 walking minutes away. We would stay here again.

I found this hotel very comfortable. I had a queen sized bed, and found the room to be just right for me. My friends had a king sized bed, and thought their room was a bit small. The staff was very friendly, and we loved the breakfast. The rooms are extremely clean and the bathroom is stocked with individual sized lotions, shampoo, etc. The hotel is located directly across from the green line T stop, which makes it very convenient. It is the last stop, however, so sometimes we had to wait awhile for the train to arrive.

Conveniently located near the bus and train station in Cambridge, this hotel offered a clean and very comfortable room at an affordable price. I was able to conduct business easily with high speed internet access and plenty of desk space. My wife and duaghter had pleanty of room and no complaints about the bathroom or any other amenities. They were able to get to the shopping in Harvard Yard quickly from the bus station and the free breakfast was well presented with a nice variety.

We used the Hampton Inn as a bed and breakfast. The personnell were most accomodating at check-in and allowed one of my sisters to stay an hour past check-out since she became ill. The room would have been cramped if the three of us had spent more day time hours there. We appreciated the hot breakfast every morning and the US News paper. A Green Line train was across the street from the Inn and we used the train for most of our transportation to Boston.

This hotel is a little further away from central Cambridge and because street signs are almost non-existent, it was a bit difficult to find. For a City hotel tho, the room was adequate size and very serviceable on all accounts. I stayed in another Hampton Inn elsewhere and the room was larger (but perhaps because it was in a smaller city/town).
