We find the Hampton Inn to be reliable in their accommodations.

The manager made me feel very welcome and willing to meet our needs. The mattress could have been softer. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. I felt it was a little pricey for the area. But being that it is in a college town and the university was back in I can understand. Loved the pool with Jacuzzi. Our room had a nice view and was decorated nicely.

The room was lovely. It felt like home. Comfortable bed, lots of room to move around. We never felt cramped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff wasvery nice tried to accommodate as best as they could. The hot water did not function properly. Pressure was off, showers were inconsistent - mostly tepid temperature, never hot The walls were thin could hear people in the next room. Location is nice.

Continental Breakfast. Coffee Pot. Shower water got hot, then cold, then hot again. Mattresses were terrible. Great location. Right next to good family restaurant. Clean. Good breakfast.

Great location, nice rooms, great breakfast, and easy check-in. For the money, it would be hard to find a better place to stay. Located a short distance from the main highway, it provides easy access to all of Boones restaurants and stores. We were greeted with the smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. The staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out procedure was seamless and trouble free. The continental breakfast was large and dining room nice.

Location was perfect Liked everything, but if I had to nit pick, they could have used fresh waffles for breakfast The Hotel was as good as can be expected for the price. Staff was very courteous.

Staff Bathroom cleanliness, mattress The renovation seemed to turn out fine. The mattresses are less than adequate, you can feel the individual springs. The bathrooms were not cleaned as well during our stay as when we first arrived.

The staff was very accommodating. The continental breakfast was extremely well provided. The room reeked of smoke and there were small hairs in the shower. The hotel met my expectations however they didn't seem to enforce the non-smoking rules. The first room checked into reeked of smoke and had little hairs in the shower. The front desk was contacted and they switched the room. This room also smelled a little like smoke. They don't seem to enforce the non-smoking rules. Other than that I was extremely happy with the hotel and the staff was very accommodating. I would stay there again in the future.
