Quick trip to attend a conference.

The hotel was very quiet. The bedding was wonderful, especially the pillows. Great airport shuttle service. It was farther away from the airport than I thought it would be. I don't think I've ever spent a night in a hotel in a large city that was quieter than this one was. Put that together with a great bed, wonderful bedding and a great airport shuttle service that picked up my daughter and brought her safely to the hotel in the middle of the night- I think the hotel was great! I'd recommend this hotel for those wanting a nice quiet night's sleep- not for families wanting a pool and recreational facilities for their kids.

This could be a nice hotel IF it was run by a different person. The elevator didn't work during our stay and the airport shuttle consistently went to the wrong airport terminal resulting in a long wait for us in freezing weather. We met the General Manager after we had checked out and had to return to retrieve something we had left in our room. We had called previously to confirm that they had the item. When we got there, they couldn't find it and decided to become snotty at us, accusing us of having left it elsewhere. During this exchange during which she got inexplicably more belligerent, the cleaning staff found the item and brought it to the front desk. This woman, after accusing us of being liars, did not apologize or in any other way make amends for her actions. She actually threw the item on the floor before stomping away. I requested a full refund from Hilton corporate for all 3 nights and an apology. They credited me one night and never apologized. If you choose to stay here, hope you never have to meet this woman.

Great location, near to lots of shopping and expressways to downtown Minneapolis, yet quiet. Room was clean but a bit cramped. Need to re-grout tub area unless they want water damage. Nice breakfast, many restaurants nearby for other meals.

The usual Hampton Inn, breakfast, wireless, good TV. Lots interstate noise. The traffic in MPLS is horrendous. It's road rebuilding season compounded by the I-35 bridge rebuild. I understand that its tough to do, but until that bridge is rebuilt you may want to put this particular Hampton a wee bit farther down the list.

We like staying at this motel because it is a good value for the money and conveniently located to the places we frequent. However, it is difficult to find a comfortable temperature for sleeping; it seems it is either too warm or too cool no matter how we set the thermostat. Also, I like to buy a newspaper to read in the morning, especially while I'm having breakfast. The Denny's restaurant that is connected to the motel has paper machines, but frequently run out by midmorning. I would think they could stock more papers. When I have mentioned it to the motel personnel, they don't seem to really care.

Great breakfast buffet! Too bad it didn't have a pool. Good location not great, but I loved the breakfast buffet. Nice home style place.

Every person was very professional and the room was designed well for use. The one im provement would be to insulate the plumbing so the ground floor cannot hear the toilet flush at 2:00am the morning.

Friendliness of personal, cleanliness o& updated furnishings. The elevator was not working after we came back from dinner and we were on the top floor. We needed a place to stay overnight so our adult daughter could catch a flight the next day. The studio with a king size bed was a good idea. She did say the studio bed was uncomfortable and she had no privacy. We like that everything was clean, the bed looked inviting and it was comfortable. The breakfast room was arranged so it was not congested. The food was good. We liked it here. After we were there I realized I had stayed there before and liked it.

We stayed there over the July 4th holiday. After returning from a long day we found our room not cleaned up and without fresh towels for a shower. We were told that we were supposed to get a letter at checkin letting us know that we weren't going to get hotel service on the 4th. I find that completely rediculous. We weren't told. The staff asked if we wanted popcorn and a free movie. We said no that clean towels were fine. While we had two rooms we stayed in the other peoples room while ours was freshened up even after saying that we didn't want that. We just wanted to relax in our room. A few of the people decided to take th shuttle to the Mall of America and when the person came to the second room we found out that that was the same person our other friends were waiting on for the shuttle. We said to not clean this room to go ahead and take them to the airport. The whole situation was extremely inconvenient. I tried to watch a movie a few nights later and the remote didn't work. Someone brought batteries. That didn't work so they brought another remote. That didn't work either. It was suggested that I change rooms. It was about 10:00 at night and that wasn't an option. We were told that we would be credited for one nights room on two hotel rooms for the inconvenience by the hotel manager. I haven't received the credit yet and would like to hear from someone as soon as possible. We've stayed at many Hampton Inns throughout the country this year with a travel volleyball team and this was by far the worst experience we've had.

Great beds, pillows, and wonderful bedding. Bathrooms were small. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bedding! Walls were paper thin - heard everything. Ruined the experience. This Hampton was a delight to enter - clean, comfortable, cozy feeling. Room was extremely clean, wonderful bedding, very nice room accessories. Despite all these wonderful things, the walls were so thin that you could hear every word being said in neighboring rooms or from the hallway. When someone shut their door it felt like the ceiling would cave in! Very sad that was the case, because the room and hotel overall were very attractive, clean, and comfortable. Also had a fabulous continental breakfast! Denny's next door, but save the breakfast money and eat at the Hampton!

Free hot breakfast, computer in the lobby, free transportation to and from the airport. Kind of noisy in the lobby at night. Cannot expect more with the price.

The bedding. Beds, pillows, sheets, comforters were all very comfortable!. No parking, I parked in the Denny¿s parking lot. I was only at the hotel for a very short stay but my room was very comfortable and especially the beds and bedding more than met my expectation.

Excellent breakfast! No pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We love the extensive hot and cold breakfast choices. We would have liked a pool to help our son burn off some energy.

Pillow choices, down comforter, airport shuttle, parking on sight while traveling. It was fine. Friendly courteous staff, knowledgeable about area, helpful and very affordable. Well above my expectations.

Had a good breakfast in the morning and very comfy beds. Not as close to the airport as we thought. The beds were awesome and so was the breakfast. Hotel was very clean.
