We rode the Blue Ridge Parkway, caving and hiking. We were expecting a mini fridge with our room and there was not any in this hotel. It was excellent even with out the mini fridge. Perfect location for the Ashville area.

Rooms were up to Hampton Inn's standards. However, the motel was undergoing remodeling. No tables for breakfast. Selection was slim. Desk personnel were helpful in giving directions to area resturants and business. Would stay again in Asheville if reconstruction is finished.

Had a 2 night stay here with my family for a Biltmore visit. We are usually big Hampton Inn fans because you get a nice quality and good value. This Hampton was no exception. The room was nice, comfortable & clean, but otherwise un-noteworthy. One thing I like is that we had all the towels, blankets, pillows, etc. that our family of 4 needed without having to call housekeeping. The Hotel is conveniently located right off I-26, about a 10-15 minute drive to the Biltmore & downtown. Get your Biltmore tickets @ the front desk to save $2. The most memorable part of the hotel is the staff, which was extremely friendly & helpful. I don't know if this is a new thing for Hamptons, but the breakfast didn't have any cooked food, but microwavable pancakes, etc., which were passable, at best. They did have adequate danish, fruit, cold cereal for breakfast & hot coffee all day long. The pool & hot tub was small, but adequate. The exercise room was small, with only a few machines but the A/C didn't seem to be working in the exercise room so you can really work up a sweat. We would stay here again.

Visit to Biltmore which was awesome. The room was nice and clean and staff were all very nice. It was however noisy.

The hotel was at a really convenient location for us. We were at a business meeting in Greenville, SC and decided to spend the weekend in Asheville and see the Biltmore Estate which was already decked out for the holidays. The hotel was conveniently located at the exit of the I26. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and they helped us several times during our stay with directions and suggestions to nearby restaurants, the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and directions to a really cool farmer's market where we bought a huge pumpkin for a dollar!. This thanksgiving the pumpkin pie will be from scratch! The indoor swimming pool is nicely kept and is open till 10pm. The gym is small but the equipment looks new. The breakfast is ok...don't expect eggs and bacon. When they say hot breakfast..it's microwavable waffles and pancakes...but there's plenty of them! On our last day we had to leave really early - before breakfast. The staff was nice enough to get some breakfast for us and put it in a bag to go. We had a great time in the Asheville area and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was extemely courteous and helpful. The pool ara was nice and never crowed. The breakfast offered many choices. I was a little disappointed because I thought the location was closer to the Biltmore and downtown. But it had an easy access to the highways. I would stay there again.

This is a brand new hotel and everything was spotless and the service was wonderful. The lobby is decorated beautifully with a fireplace and the rooms have Hampton's new bedding - which was very comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

This Hampton Inn has a very friendly staff, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We found the location of the Hotel allowed easy access to the major highways in the area, and it served well as central headquarters for our various sight seeing adventures around the area. We will stay there again when we re-visit the area.

"Clean rooms are a must for me and this Hampton is absolutely spotless, thanks to the maids & management for white bedspreads. How can they NOT be clean?"

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hampton Inn. Being only 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate and only minutes from the closest mall, the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the jacuzzi tub helped for the extra relaxation I was looking for. We didn't have a chance to jump into their indoor pool because of all the activities we had planned, but I'll make sure to put that on our to-do list for our next visit!
