Great friendly concierge and free breakfast. hotel is not brand new and signs of wear and tear evident, but clean. only thing i can complain is how dangerous the tubs could be. 3 of the 4 family members in the room nearly slipped when first stepping into the slightly u-shaped tub. oh and double beds seemed a bit smaller than other hotels.

The host, front desk receptionist. There was no option to extend check out time.

This place was beautiful. Staff was awesome, room was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I would stay here again anytime!

This Hampton Inn had a toilet running and an unclean toilet seat. the front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a new room, but it was disgusting.

Large breakfast area. Staff was great and efficient. Nice breakfast area. Comfortable.

I stayed at the Hampton in March 2006. Very nice, staff, service, rooms. I really hate to leave. I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone. I will be visiting Philly in the next several months and without a doubt I'm be at the Hampton. Home away from home. Close to Franklin Mills Mall and great food.

The only thing that has been a disappointment has been the breakfasts. Last year when I stayed at these hotels, the breakfasts included bacon and eggs. The breakfasts now are not enough to begin a business day. The purpose of the breakfasts was I thought convenience but the current menu is woefully inadequate.

The room was comfortable & the pillows were great. Also room setting. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are great it's like a mini studio apartment. Everything was clean and the TV was a nice size.

Reason foir travel was the funeral of a family mnember. The hotel was beautiful -rooms very clean and beds were great -all of the staff were wonderful -even to the excess of locating a wheelchair because I had a broken leg and crutches were difficult to handle. Can't say enough about how helpful the staff were. Visit relatives in Pa a few times a year -will definitely be staying again. Thank you all.

Staff went out of their way to help us. Abit far from our family's home.

Very conveniently located with sensible, not frivilous, amenities. Wasn't free (kidding). No bad experience or qualities. I would definitely recommend it for the business traveller. Not really sure if it is a family hotel.

The price was awesome! Plus it was nice, comfortable and felt much better than staying in a dingy motel room for the same price. I liked everything but the bathroom smell. Very nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a great overall value.

Priced well, clean and convenient. Rugs in hall were shabby. Overall, excellent.

There are stores in the area that are convenient. The hotel staff is not that nice. The place smelled like cigarettes.

Breakfast and Breakfast servers were nice. Request non-smoking room and was assigned to a smoking room. It was disgusting. The room had burn holes in the carpet and reeked of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting and unacceptable.

The location of the hotel to shopping and to the interstate and the ease of getting in and out. Did not like that the hotel had work being done above my room at 3 am in the morning. Everything about the hotel was excellent service. My room was clean and cleaned often and fresh. Only have two gripes 1) I was bitten by a spider fairly bad while I slept left a large red mark on back of my neck. 2) The working on the room above me two nights in the row One night it was cutting or drilling and the second night it was pounding This all took place at 1 am or later. Woke my son up both times.

The hotel was clean and the service friendly. The rooms were cramped and facilities were cramped. This is a nice hotel, it was just cramped. The queen size bed was closer to a full size bed. The room was set up as a mini-suite in what would normally be a regular size hotel room. This made it hard to move around.

The room was nice and it has a lot of space. My room didn't have a microwave in it. The hotel was very nice. I would surely go again and recommend it to other's.

Clean, friendly, convenient, good location, and accommodations. Nothing. Overall my review is good. I like staying here for a number of reasons, but I need a non-smoking room for health reasons (Lung Disease) and I keep getting smoking rooms every time I stay here and they do not seem to be able to change me to a non-smoking room once I arrive for check-in. Otherwise, it's ok.

Friendly staff and good location, close to highway. Room could be cleaner, especially cleaner bedding. It's ok and affordable. If you're not too picky, it gets you where you're going. We weren't there to have fun but to visit the Cancer Center there and like I said, it's good enough if you need to save some $$. Unfortunately, I am very picky and if I say it was ok then most people would be more than ok.
