We were warmly welcomed and given ideas of the best places to choose to dine in the area. Wake-up call was extremely pleasant and helpful staff couldn't be improved upon. Shuttle service to BWI was quick and efficient both in dropping off and picking back up after our trip. Highly recommend this hotel as a stop/stay over for departing from BWI.

Instant staff response & attention. Nothing badto complain about. A courteous responsive enterprising staff really surprised me. I had the feeling that they could have handledanything that came up. Facility was comfortable, more than adequate for my needs.

Front desk very friendly and accommodating. My flight did not leave until 4 p.m. the next day so I asked for a late checkout. No problem. The room was very spacious and a great walk-in shower with a bench seat. Even the in-room coffee was good. I had a frig and microwave also. Nan

This will be the second time my boyfriend and I have made the trek from Virginia to Maryland Yankees games and the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is a very convenient location as you do not have to drive into Baltimore, it is on the outskirts. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the light rail stop, which is about 1 mile away. The light rail takes you straight into Baltimore after about a 12 minute trip, so it is very convenient, and once you arrive, you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to! The beds are awesome!!! They have been advertising their new bedding, and let me tell you, I want to take the bed home with me when I am done! The rooms have always been very clean, and the staff has been helpful. The free continental breakfast is wonderful. Most hotels put out some bread and cereal and call it a continental breakfast, but these guys actually COOK a breakfast!! Nice hot english muffins with eggs and sausage, a juice bar, coffee all day, and of course the cold fixins if you would rather have cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. All in all, I love this hotel and will keep staying here on out excursions to Baltimore. You get all the benefits of being at the inner harbor, except you don't have to fight the traffic, and the price is cheaper! I highly recommend staying here!!

The hotel was great. The airport shuttle is fast and efficient. It's a big orange van, you can't miss it. The front desk staff is very personable and more than willing to give advice on area restaurants. The rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds.

The only issue I had is that the pre-paid reservation was acknowledged by the hotel upon check in and yet they still charged us on our credit card when we left. I have spoken to them and it has been reversed now.

I was greeted by the shuttle and staff. Very nice breakfast was furnished. It was restful and quiet. I always like the Hampton Inns. Just wish there was a closer place for lunch and dinner meals.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. I had to weave through several roped off areas and past mold-covered walls with removed wallpaper to get to my room. My room had not yet been renovated and it was obvious why they were making changes. Linens, carpet and furniture were worn.

Awesome hotel! Great shuttle service, very pet friendly, great customer service. Staff went out of their way to return a bag accidentally left behind on the shuttle. The whole visit was a refreshing experience of innkeeping in America.

The hotel was nice, clean and reasonably priced. It was near BWI, but we actually chose to drive the 10 miles or so to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. We saved money on the hotel that way, had a nice buffet breakfast too. I would stay there again.

My only frustration was with the soda machines. All efforts to insert paper were rejected. Conveniently located. Each room contains the requisite amenities, and nice to use the two computers located in the lobby. Was impressed by the friendly staff, and based on my experience would gladly stay there again!

The Hampton Inn BWI was comfortable,clean, and the staff were wonderful in providing directions to local establishments. It was wonderful that they provide an early (4:30am) take along breakfast for those w/ an early flight!

Arriving early morning at the Hampton Inn Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Linthicum, Maryland was a very positive experience. Although a room was not available for a short time, I was welcome to indulge in the tasty and fresh breakfast. It's a free shuttle to and from the light rail whereby I indulged myself in the fantastic Walters Museum which is a short three-block walk from the station. Also the Baltimore harbor is located very close to the light rail line. It's also a free shuttle to Amtrak where one could travel back and forth to Washington D.C. My room was larger than the usual and well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator and desk. All this with a free shuttle to and from the Washington-Baltimore International Airport, I was very contented.

Friendly staff. Lobby was too small for breakfast. Needed a larger canopy in front of hotel. My corner room was a little cramped. Dining area did not have enough room for everyone eating breakfast. I stood as I ate.
