What are your breakfast options?: We have a great "On the House" breakfast buffet included, which is served from 6:00AM to 10:00AM daily. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including Applebee's which shares the parking lot with us.
Where can we dine?: At Beechwood Shopping Center, just a few blocks from our hotel, there are a number of restaurants including steak houses, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, sub-shops, pizza and other fast food restaurants.
What transport is available to get around?: The transportation available and most used is taxis.
What can I do nearby?: We have a fitness room, and an outdoor swimming pool. There are several clothing, shoe stores, post office, book store, etc. The State Botanical Garden is always a favorite of our guests and is only a few miles away. The downtown area of Athens is known for its music venues, theater, art galleries and a host of other attractions. We have a vintage Civil War double-barrel cannon protecting the courthouse. This is a unique, one-of a kind artillery piece and a must see. Athens is the host city for the University of Georgia, home of the Georgia Bulldogs, and one of the oldest, most beautiful and rapidly growing campuses in the country. There are plenty of things to see at UGA. The campus has many beautiful plazas, old historic buildings, great museums, and so forth.
