We loved this hotel. The asheboro zoo was only minutes away as well as the pottery area and antique malls. Shopping and resturaunts are all on the same hwy. We visited family and had a great time. It would have been better if the hotel had a side road to bring you to the traffic light as hwy 64 was so busy, you could get killed trying to leave the hotel.

Staff was very friendly. We loved the pool. Neighbors next door and above us were extremely noisy.

we took the kids to the n.c. zoo , The zoo was hot , and we were tired , the room was even better than expected, very clean, and even smelled clean , The kids loved the indoor pool. After all the walking I loved the spa. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on, when on a trip. Even the pillows were not the little thin ones where you can put 2 in a pillow case. We loved it and would highly recomend it if you are staing in the area

They are in the middle of renovating so I imagine it will have more upgrades. The bathroom was great. Loved the vanity. The sauna was not working and there was no "Out of Order" sign posted. Otherwise we were satisfied.

The room was clean and I really like the selection of pillows. The hotel staff was courteous and the room was very clean. The hotel itself was located close to the zoo and to a host of shops and department stores. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great hotel - the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - the bathroom was clean and stocked. We asked for and got extra pillows and blankets. The pool area was so clean and nice! I saw an employee checking chemicals while we were there so they keep track of it well. The breakfast area seems a little confusing - separate areas for fruit, bread items, cereal. We seemed to be wandering around from counter to counter but the food was excellent. Nice location to all things in Asheboro.

At morning breakfast, asked about connecting our VCR. Couldn't see any front taps on TV. Front desk said only lobby was compatible but they would check. Returned that evening and found our unit, left in room, hooked up in the room for wife's use. Outside pool still too chilly but inside was great. This is my preference of hotels when we visit family 2-3 times a year if available. Breakfast now includes packaged items,i.e. french toast, biscuits gravy, ham and eggs and such that microwave are good. The TO GO lunch works very well also. Usually I can find something minor if I try hard enough, to tell the manager but couldn't this trip. We'll be staying here again mid-July.

The place was very clean all other travelers we met liked as well. Whirlpool tub in room did not work. The lobby was clean, people were pleasant, room was very nice and comfortable pool area was clean and well kept.

The people were nice, but not overly friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast, unfortunately it was the same for the 2 nights we stayed. The rooms were clean and neat. I did find some stains on the bedspread, but didn't feel they were ""dirty"" by any means. Just that it was from general use and being ""older"".

every thing was great, but when we went to the pool & hot tub areac as soon as we opened the door the chlorine was so much it sttared to burn my eyes right away.could only stand 5 or 10 min. in hot tub started to get dizzy and sick to my stomach at little. I understand the importants of being sanatary becuase of so many people.we got a hot tub of our own and the chemicals are not near that strong

Everyone there was just so friendly. Needed to have more meats to choose from for breakfast. Overall I loved the hotel and the location. I would recommend it for anyone.

I liked the location. The pool was over chlorinated and the staff was not helpful. Staff was poor; they offered refreshments for kids until 8pm. We went down at 730pm and no refreshments. I have 3 kids. This wasn't good. The pool was over chlorinated and cold (inside).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice. Nice, clean and friendly. Well kept whirlpool, indoor pool and outdoor pool. They also offered sauna and exercise room. Security was good with lockable outside doors accessible with room key only and all features were in good operating condition. Supplied office with internet, good continental breakfast, and good linen service. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It exceeded our expectations of a Hampton Inn and was very comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast choices. We asked for an area map and the one available was very sketchy and not helpful. We choose Hampton Inn as often as they are available, and this one exceeded our expectations. Very pleasant in every way.
