We were just traveling through the Buffalo area. We needed a quiet place to sleep before moving on, and we found that at this motel. Even with the airport nearby, I did not hear the airplanes during the night.

We live within 40 miles of this hotel, and stayed overnight to attend a close by wedding. We hadn't been in this hotel in a few years, but I couldn't get over how much nicer the hotel was now that they remodeled. It looked like a brand new hotel, and the beds were great.

We were driving from Chicago to Boston and this had everything we needed for an enjoyable stop-over. Nice room, great pool and hot tub, near family restaurants and highway

My wife & I booked in March 17/07 (early flight next morning) and again on March 23/07 (return flight). Both stays were ruined by boisterous guests and out of control children. They took over the pool, elevators, coffee/snack area, and kept us away very late each night.On our March 23rd stay, the maid has left an empty pop can in the wastebasket, and the coffee packets were opened and missing items."

The room was large. Furnishing were simple and tasteful. The bedding was far above average.

We have stayed here before and like it. We do not hang out at the hotel, we are busy with work and family while in the area, so we are looking for a good bed, and room to spread out papaers etc. It works well. They advertise a whirlpool tub and do not have them in the room anymore. They need to keep thier literature up to date.

The hotel staff were very friendly and greeted guests when they entered. When we were checking in the young lady asked if there was anything in particular that we needed such as maps or directions and mentioned that they had complimentary items that were usually forgotten, all we needed to do was let her know. The hotel itself was well located with several resturants and a major mall close by. It was within 20 minutes of the airport and close to the thruway. It was clean, well kept and quiet. The room wascomfortable and the beds were great. The shower was above average and the bathroom was well laid out.

Hampton Inn Cheektowaga was a great place to stay with 2 teenagers. We used the pool and whirlpool both days we were there. We also used the exercise room which had just about one of everything. We were very close to the mall and other shopping as well as many restaurants. On another note the lighting and mirrors in the bathroom were wonderful, I only wish I could have something like that at home!

The Hampton Inn is a very clean impecable hotel.. Everyone always caters to your needs it has everyone you could need! The location is excellent for shopping and dining.. Wouldnt stay anywhere else!
