We arrived very late at night and the hotel staff had our room waiting for us. It was easy to find and a quick drive and easy drive from our daily location. We spent two nights here and have no complaints about any of it. The rooms were modern and well furnished. Everything was very clean and comfortable. After two very long days the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel, hands down. I would come back to this hotel again. The only thing my room didn't have was a small refrigerator and that would have come in handy for our stay.

Fairly attractive room and hotel. Customer service was good. One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. Customer service was good. The hotel is mainly geared towards the business traveler, not so much towards the leisure traveler.

The only problem we had is that there were no drawers to place clothing items other than the night stand. When I called front desk, a young lady (obviously not on the job long), and asked for extra hangers (there were only 5 in commode), she told me there were no extra hangers and suggested I go to a convenience store and purchase some!!?!!! I explained that there were no drawers so we really needed more hangers in order to hang some of our things. "Sorry" was all I got. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I'm sure if Manager knew what had happened in our conversation he/she would have been upset! We enjoyed having the coffee carafes full into the evening when we arrived back at the hotel and would stay there again.

We were quoted a price of for our room for a three day stay. Upon checking out the room rate increased each day. It cost us more then what we expected and were quoted over the phone. Had no luck with trying to deal with the staff to correct this they claimed because we signed the register it was a done deal. Please be warned these people are very deceptive and do not till you the room rate increase. Watch what you sign when you check in.

Everyone at the Hampton Inn Des Moines-airport was friendly and courteous. The room was clean, but felt a little cramped for our family of 3. Nice selection for breakfast. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport, restaurant and supermarket.

It was convenient, beautifully decorated, comfortable but most of all, they went the extra mile. Employees were always friendly and helpful. I wish they'd given us more towels and more places to hang them. This hotel was comfortable, stylish, clean, and convenient and gives you all the amenities you could want. Their employees and service are unparalleled. The pool was beautiful, the exercise room filled with excellent equipment. I wish I could have stayed long enough to have their breakfast because it looked really good. But I did get the 6 p.m. cookies and they were very tasty. I would recommend this hotel.

Motel was very clean. People at rront desk could not have been more helpful. The girl in charge of keeping the breakfast area clean could have been a little more prompt. Pool areas was nice and pool was clean. Very accessible to restaurants, airport, etc.

The room was very clean. It was smaller than expected but over all kind staff and a great pool for the kids to play in. The breakfast was AWESOME. Egg and sausage much more than a regular continental breakfast and very courteous staff running this. Very close to the airport and shopping.

The beds were comfortable. TheTV did not work. Eventhe buttons did not work. The lady that checked us in was on the phone when we got there. We stood waiting for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged we were there. When we got in the room we wanted to watch TV, but the remote would not work and we even tried the buttons on the TV they did not work either. I called down to the front desk and the lady said she would write down the problem, but could not do anything at that time. We were a little bit disappointed with the service, but the room was great. The bed was really comfortable and the room set up was nice.

Very elegant and comfortable. Room was crowded. Besides having too much furniture in the room, the room was very clean and decorated with fine linens. They served a very good breakfast for us in the morning.

Excellent beds; excellent and attentive staff; great location. The rooms are a little tight. This is an excellent business hotel. Clean rooms and public areas. Very convenient to the airport. Courteous and efficient staff. Other than other travelers having the poor manners to appear in public areas in their bed clothes it was an A-1 experience.

The people were very friendly. The window shade didn't keep out all the light from the parking light outside my window, too bright. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I really liked the electronic thermostat! Room was nice & clean, staff followed my instructions.

Picked up in a shuttle from airport-quick and timely. Van was old and dirty. The person who checked in behind me paid less right at the counter by 10%.The rooms were clean and quiet but lobby and hallways were old and dingy.

It was my 1st stay at the hotel, I was impressed with the hospitality of the staff and the breakfast accommodations were fantastic. The room was slightly smaller than I expected. Yes, I would return for future stays. The hotel was clean and even though I had a smoking-room and I'm a non-smoker, the room was bearable. I liked the homey feel of walking into the lobby in the evenings and enjoying warm cookies and milk with my family. I was spoiled with hospitality.

Friendly staff and breakfast in the morning, also comfortable beds. The exercise room was too small and no ventilation. This hotel is conveniently located by the airport, and stores to get things in a pinch, also Grays Lake Park, beautiful Park in Des Moines less than 2 miles away. Just a beautiful area and easy to get to. I will definitely consider Hamton Inn again, even the owner stopped and said good morning, in the breakfast area. I really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights.

Very clean, wireless internet was definitely nice to have, and the continental breakfast was very well done. We loved our stay. N/A We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, our first experience with them. It had a beautiful lobby with a very nice continental breakfast. We had everything in our room that we needed. It was nice and clean and nicely furnished.
