We stayed here for a weekend, and the staff was friendly and the rooms were fairly clean. Not too many options in the hotel for dining and breakfast was more often than not cold. And they always seemed to be in a hurry to wrap up the breakfast. Other than that, the hotel was alright.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and each time I like coming back to it. It is in a great location, only a couple of miles from the airport and just off of I-75. Close to shopping and restaurants, both fast food and sit-down. Beds are comfortable. High speed wireless Internet is free. The hotel has a nice pool. The breakfast in the mornings are pretty good too. I would stay here again.

they had such clean rooms, and it was close to everything in town. The staff was so nice and the breakfast was out of this world. Most hotel do not offer such a good complimentary breakfast as they did. WE WILL BE BACK HERE FOR SURE !!!!!!!!!! Thank You Hampton Inn for a great get-a-way

The Hampton Inn Chattanooga was a nice stay as a business traveler. Staff was very friendly and responsive with the rooms clean. Close to shopping and a number of good restaurants.

Excellent full breakfast, huge comfortable, attractive bed, impeccably clean, easy. Young male insisting then I give him my card for incidentals and I insisted there will be none. Female employ snapped turn of the phone and TV. Except for the first impression from the front desk, which could've been partly my own fault, the rest of the stay was pleasant, helpful. We brought our own phones and I don't buy movies. There was no stocked refrigerator in the room.

This hotel is not up to Hampton Inn standards. The rooms are noisy and very dated. The pool looks small and not up to standard. I could hear everyone outside and in the parking lot. Did not feel secure.

Good location, clean. Walls to thin, You can hear too much going on outside. Very nice for the price, very family friendly.

Nothing. It was a Motel with outside doors-noisy. This Motel is not up to par with other Hampton Inns. It has all outside doorways and it is very noisy. It looks like an old Best Western from the 1960's. Not a good experience.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was Biscuits, Sausage and French Toast. The internet worked quite well. I was even able to send my emails. This is something i usually have trouble with. The front desk staff greeted me as soon as i arrived. They even had my keys premade and ready for me.
