Pretty much okay if you have a room/suite near the pool behind the hotel. Bit loosy like all hotels in miami in this price range. Location brilliant across the road from the good hotels where you better hangout at night.

Stayed here for 2 nights, wasn't happy with the reception we got from the front desk, $20 to park your car, what a rip off, wont stay here again, wasn't happy with this hotel except for the location!

The place was dirty and filled with dust mites. It also smelled of roach spray and the sheets were unclean.

Furniture looked as if it was garbage picked. Hole in the wall next to the bed. The smaller rooms are horrible. Wouldn't come again or refer.

I thought that the $20 a day for parking was a bit much. The room had a somewhat stale smell to it. I did like having a fridge. The staff wasn't always the most attentive.

We were with a group of motorcycles about 15 total the parking was very limited when i called and asked was told they had parking. Well it is 20.00 per space and they had about 8 spaces and it is first come first get. Hotel was clean, pool was great, front desk was ok. The security man was very nice and helpful and did get room for all of the bikes.

This is a great place to stay at if you are planning on not staying in the room. The beach is right across the street and so is Ocean Drive. Just a few blocks away is Lincoln Road. Literally, a ten minute walk. It's really not a bad room. My girlfriend didn't like it but you have to take it in context: Every other hotel in the Art Deco district is going to be antiquated and obviously a little outdated. So all things cosidered I reccomend it. You must eat at Cafe des Arts, a few block down, but great place!

As soon as you walk in the lobby it smells like mildew and it doesn't get any better as you go up to the room. The carpet is dirty and it feels wet. The curtains are dirty, the bedspread disgusting. Bed really soft. I would not stay here again nor recommend this place. The hotel Eva next door is a little better.

the labby was ok and but once i made to the rooom i realized, i made a big mistake in picking this hotel. the carpet was dirty,made room smell bad, the place looks the have not touched anything since it was build in 1930's. lime yellow BR. commercial vanity in br. this place needs a serous RENOVATION.

Great hotel for the price I have payed! The location is perfect if you want to go out (clubs or restaurants) or go to the beach! Would, and I already have recommended it to a friend who is going there in a couple of weeks.

I went for my spring break and this hotel was perfect for the price my friends and i payed. I got upgraded to the rooms by the pool for us it was great. we would dip in and then go straight to the room... (even at night). For the lady next door to us it was not that great cause everyime we would pass her rrom to exit she would come out and say shhhh... lol.. the location is perfect for the parties and soo close to the beach. if you are on a budget and you need a place to stay this is perfect. I would def go back!!

Pros: Great location, Price is among the lowest in the area. Cons: Disagreeable staff (they clearly don't want you there), parking (it's an extra $20/day and they sell twice as many tickets as they have parking spots), extremely uncomfortable beds. You can do worse but you can also do better. Tip: Be sure and use the deadbolt on the door. Housekeepers do not knock, they just walk in.

Haddon Hall was in my price range and the location is great, a block and a half from the beach. People watching from their front porch is fun. Parking is not convienant or easy if you have a car, but if staying just in SoBe then it doesn't matter. The room was adequete, the linens and pillows made you think a second before laying down. Great place for those who just need a place to shower and crash for a few hours then go.
