Haddad Guest House Hotel Haifa

Our Guest House is a family business established in 2004 to give accommodation answer for individuals and families,who wants to stay in Haifa in a family atmosphere.This is the most important factor in our house.We offer 7 beautiful rooms with a view to the Mt.Carmel,the magnificent Baha'i Gardens or to the bay of Haifa.
The Guest House itself is a reconstructed historical building located in the center of the historical "GERMAN COLONY" of Haifa.
Each room contains a King size bed,closet,private shower and toilet,hairdryer, small kitchen with full electric equipment,TV and full A/C, shared lobby and terrace.

From the Ben Gurion airport by Taxi (sherut), Train, or public transportation(Egged). The guest house is located in the center of German Colony- Ben Gurion Ave. The walking distance from the train terminal is about 10 min.

Check in is by 14.00h (2.00 pm).You are welcome to drop Your luggage any time.
Check out by 12.00 noon time.

Public car parking lot available 24/7 free of charge.

1. Payment can be done in cash, or by Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club credit card only.

2. Your credit card will be charged by us in accordance with our reservation, payment and cancellation policy.

3. Services can be cancelled with no penalties up to seven full working days (Sunday to Saturday-24/7) prior to expected start of services.

4. Cancellation made within 7 full working days (Sunday to Saturday-24/7) of check-in are subject to a penalty of US$ 50 (administrative fees) per room, that will be debited automatically.

5. Cancellation made within 3 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 2 nights stay fee, but not less than US$ 60.

6. For non show there is a penalty equal to 75% of total cost of reservation or minimal US$ 100.

During High Season, Jewish Holidays and Christmas/New Year the following is The Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Policy:

1. Your credit card will be charged by us in accordance with our reservation policy.

2. Services can be cancelled with no penalties up to 30 full working days (Sunday to Saturday-24/7) prior to expected start of services, except for US$ 80 administration fees per room, that will be debited automatically.

3. Cancellations made within 30 working days of check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 4 nights stay fee, but not less than US$ 100.

4. For non show there is a 100% penalty.

You must contact our Guest House directly to change or cancel Your reservation.

A reservation will only be considered changed or cancelled if You have received our approval for Your request in writing by fax and/or by E-mail.

* Kindly note that the determination of a tourist has been changed. Tourist is a person who entered Israel with a foreign passport and his passport was stamped with Visa class B1,B2,B3.Please note that Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months!!!

***All other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship are subject to 15.5% V.A.T. (V.A.T. rate may change accordingly to the Israeli V.A.T. Law).

Our Guests obtain vouchers for 10% discount at all nearby cafes and restaurants.

Ben Gurion Ave., the main street of the German Colony became to be the heart of the night life of Haifa,that contains many beautiful and not expensive restaurants and coffee shops, art galleries,museums, a shopping center,post office and money change,tourist information office.We are located at the footsteps and within a walking distance to the Baha'i Gardens and the Golden Dom of the Shrine of the Bab.

We provide as well a variety of services such as Internet connection, laundry,office services and have a small gift and souvenirs shop.
We are a member of TOUR-HAIFA, Haifa tourist board.

Optional, an additional bed can be added to the same room, upon request.Children under 10 years old free of charge.
