Our La Pergola Restaurant & Pool Bar is the perfect place for a casual meal for 2, or groups up to 100 that want to add water activities to their menu of fun. Our restaurant offers dining al fresco under a shady pergola on elegant cast-iron glass covered tables and comfy chairs. The red-tile roofed outdoor kitchen and bar offer outdoor grilled burgers, sandwiches, Arrechera steak, shrimp baskets, and traditional Mexican fare. Appetizers from Spring Rolls and shrimp cocktails to Super Nachos and 3 kinds of fresh fish and shrimp ceviches are guaranteed to please.
