the front staff were friendly enough and i would even say professional. We were upset because of a misunderstanding with the hotel we were supposed to stay in being closed. All in all though the dining area was clean, the food was varied with enough selection and the location was just about perfect to everything. The room was quiet but we did go during low season. I think it would be noisy during high season because you can hear the tv next door and people talking. Bathroom was clean and there were plenty of space to hang things.In terms of atmosphere there were lots of pensioners and families. Not really recommended for people in 20's or 30's. I would not return here again simply because its just lacking an upbeat vibe but maybe it is different in summer.

This hotel is no good for families or any one with older relatives.Steps everywhere.The hotel is full of teenagers who ignore all safety rules and do not have any public manners.Drugs openly being used on the premises and the Hotel management powerless to do anything about it.The noise at night is horrendous little sleep form 03:00 to 07:00.this is more like a 18-30 holiday hotel.It states that it is a three star sorry,I wouldn't give it a 1 star.Furniture in rooms very basic and old wooden,three star hotels normally give you tea and coffee in the rooms even if they are all inclusive,the room smelt very musty also.This didn't even have water.facilities very basic,couldn't even find the Sauna,the activities planned could be in one of its sister hotels,and not as planned on the activities board.The food is OK and the bar service in the main hall is fine apart from having to wait at least half hour sometimes for drink,not enough bar people serving.The pool barmen is very rude.The pool is full of chlorine and salt if you go in wear goggles or your eyes will suffer.You are better off going to the sea if you like shingle it is not a sandy beach,and it is always packed out very little room to move on the beach.The sea also can be a bit dangerous for the kids and if you can not swim.It slopes very quickly when in the shallow end you can quickly end up under water. The town area is very nice little alleys all over the place full of shops back streets everywhere that feel safe.
