Very family oriented. All were having a great time. Good location for sightseeing the island. Very clean and well landscaped. Large pool area. Rooms well designed. Nightly entertainment was pretty good. Only downside was strickly buffet meals, great for families but not our thing. Excellent value. Have a rental car and explore the island, fascinating!

Beautiful facilities, but the hotel is looking a little tired. Admittedly I haven't seen other Lanzarote hotels to compare them to H10. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the rooms quiet, the food of high quality (and the menu regularly changed). Costa Teguise (where hotel located) was a fair drive from the airport, but definitely closer than Playa Blanca. I would probably stay here again. Excellent facilities for families especially.

This hotel was very welcoming. It was easy for people with walking problems to get about and the rooms were quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.
