Immaculate, Seafront, Convenient - All ExcellentThis delightful accomodation was spotlessly clean and had some excellent design features evidencing attention to detail and concern about visitors. Excellent seafront location but residential -- hence relatively quiet. Convenient to downtown and rail links. Extremely comfortable bed! I didn't see anything on the seafront or in town that looked better.

Wonderful WeekendEverything was perfect except the weather, but hey, it is Wales... Couldn't fault the apartment from the breakfast basket to the binoculars ... it was all fantastic. Will definitely stay there again...Just be careful with the oven... no matter what you do it fills up with smoke and sets off the alarms unless you are careful.... (second time we put anything in the oven we were... the first well, let's just say everyone in the building was awake...)

I recently stayed at Plas Hafan whilst on business in Aberystwyth. An extremely spacious modern apartment with every convenience at the quiet end of the promenade, and with a good view of the sea and stunning sunsets despite my ground floor location. A real home away from home and so lovely to have one's own front door with none of the security risk and noise that is sometimes encountered in a hotel. There were others in the building throughout my stay but I was barely aware of them. Very high quality linen, an extremely comfortable supersize bed and even my own outside space to enjoy the early morning sunshine. Fabulous!! .... and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this lovely town on business or for pleasure. Thank you!

Fantastic ApartmentGreat apartment on the sea front, with the sea being 20 m infront of you as you come out the door. Very clean, very good welcome pack, milk, bread, cereal etc etc. Some dvds and cds to use and a great view out to sea from the apartment i had, no 5 i think. Would recommend this for either business or a weekend away with family. A pleasure to stay here and well worth the money.

Great location, superb accommodation with great attention to detail This is, by any standards, superb self-catering accommodation. As soon as we arrived, we called the number provided and Huw arrived promptly to let us in. He even carried our suitcase to the 2nd floor apartment, which is spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and decorated, and superbly equipped. Everything feels modern and new, and the attention to detail is extraordinary; nothing is overlooked, from the complementary breakfast groceries to WiFi Broadband etc. everything is provided and everything works absolutely as it should. Just bring you're toothbrush and clothes... everything else is taken care of.We got this apartment at the laterooms.com reduced price, which is remarkable value for money and beats a hotel room hands down for comfort, freedom and convenience. Fantastic!!

Beautiful position, overlooking the sea. Ample parking, quiet area. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment in the eves of the building which had superb views. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and hardy surfers each morning. The apartment was very well presented,with a comfortable bed and excellent heating. Overall we had a lovely stay. In the three years we have been visiting Aber to see our son whilst he has been at Uni, we have not stayed in a nicer place. Wish we had found these apartments sooner.

Excellent serviced apartments with all facilities for a comfortable family break. Good sized 2 bedrooms and good living accomodation. Friendly and courteous owners who ensured we had everything we needed. Recommended
